This is an honest review of a dishonest business. First, I am happy for all those people who had a good experience with All Glass. Little do you really know. About 6 years ago, I had my windshield replaced by this company when they were at a different location in Concord. I thought then that it was an adequate job. But a few years later the rubber molding strips along the cowl (look it up) were just peeling off. I take good care of my truck and always took care when cleaning the windshield to avoid these strips. Fast forward to 2022. My windshield again needed to be replaced due to gravel kicked up from the freeway. I am giving my truck to my son so I had him research local glass shops to find a business with good reviews. We both (independently) settled on 50/50 Xtreme Auto Glass also in Concord. They did an awesome job (see my review on them). But during their replacement, it was pointed out to me that the previous company (All Glass) had damaged my cowl in several places. Not only did they break off all but 2 of the attachment clip holders, but they used the wrong kind of glue (rubber cement?) to try and patch it back to the windshield. And because the cowl was damaged, the rubber molding was coming off. So during their glass install, 50/50 XAG documented all pieces because they could NOT use my cowl to successfully install a new windshield. "I would have to buy a new cowl." Now a new cowl from Nissan costs around $500. Also, 50/50 XAG found rust along the metal frame due to improper install (improper seal) of the windshield by All Glass. So I did what anyone would do, and went to see the manager at All Glass in their new location on Meadow Lane. Now I expected All Glass to back their work, and share the cost of a new cowl. Guess what? The manager (owner?) with whom I spoke with is Abraham. Funny, his name is also on my original invoice. When I explained the whole story to Abraham, he says there is nothing he can do for me. "If I came a year or two after his install he would have done something then. But now its been too long" How is a person supposed to know that work is shoddy if its hidden? And who knows when their windshield is going to get broken? Now I don't expect a lifetime warranty on the glass, but I do expect the workmanship to be professional and no damage to occur to my truck during the install. So I explained that whether its one year or six, if his company damaged my cowl during their install, then he should pay for a new one.......and after further discussion that he pay HALF the cost. Then he blames 50/50 XAG because "they touched it first". Abraham won't do a thing to help! So 50/50 XAG documented their removal process and showed me the damaged cowl, rubber cemented piece and broken clips. And I have pictures to present to the Better Business Bureau, and possibly the Small Claims Court to recoup my money. So sorry about a long story but I only hope to help people avoid a shady business. Read other reviews here in Yelp (like Ray D's) that talk about the bad business (broken & glued pieces) All Glass performs. I like to give my money to local businesses, and if you need a future windshield replacement, PLEASE avoid All Glass and go to a professional and courteous business like 50/50 Xtreme Auto Glass who stand behind their work! read more

I recently bought a new house and wanted to install 8 new windows along with a new sliding door. I shopped around at other places to get estimates but it was way out of my budget, that was until I called All glass. I spoke to Mary and she was able to help me towards not over spending on my budget and she was great! They gave me an awesome deal compared to the other 10 places I called and I was still able to save some money from my budget. She told me it would take about a week to order the windows along with the sliding door including installation. All glass followed through on this and here I am now with newly installed windows at my house! My house is around 38 years old and with the new windows installed it looks fabulous!! The service and price here is great! Best in town. It is so good I've just requested them to install glass door showers along with referring them to my family and friends!! AMAZING WORK!! I had a huge plate glass window replaced on front of my house today - the old one had been leaking and was hard to see out of - it was so old. Jesse and his crew did a magnificent job, they fixed the trim on the window, and left the house immaculate. They also replaced a glass panel in a bathroom door, it updated the look of the house and they matched some frosted glass that I have in a nearby room perfectly. I feel like I am in a new place, everything they did was a value add. Both he and his brother Long (at the Richmond location), are honest, punctual, friendly and talented. I tried to contact few auto glass service centers they all gave appointment after a week. I saw the reviews and contacted All Glass. Got next day appointment. I don't know the name of the person, he is very nice and offered coffee and given his WiFi password to work on my laptop during my 2 hours waiting time. I am lucky to find this place few block away from my place. I had my windshield replaced perfectly. They were extremely professional, respecting my time, were well organized and very clear with all work to be done prior. Plus they vacuumed my car, cleaned all my windows inside and out... I had JUST purchased a new Ford Explorer about two months ago when a semi truck kicked up a large rock and put a huge crack in my windshield. I was SO discouraged. I had called Safelite and received a quote for almost $700! My dad has had some great experiences with Abraham and recommended him to replace my windshield. This is an honest review of how these people conduct their business. My mother brought her 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder to have the windshield replaced by this company. A few days later, she got a call that the windshield was finished and by the time she had arrived to pick it up, she noticed that they have destroyed the large plastic pillar molding that attaches to the metal frame and the windshield. They then tell us that the "previous owner" must of glued it in (no, they come glued to the metal frame from the factory, maybe calling Mitsubishi and doing a little research would of told you that), so they couldn't get it out in one piece. It was broken into many pieces. So we were not happy that they broke the piece, and they said they would remedy the problem by ordering the part or looking at junk yards for a used part. Fast forward a few weeks, we got a call from them saying that they couldn't get the part because it's not in production anymore. They also said they couldn't find any at the junkyard. Funny, because I did some research and found that there were THREE SPYDERS (Same models) found in the junkyard. We brought it to their attention and they claim it was for a different model and was not compatible. Instead, they suggested that they just fill up the cracks, sand it, and then repaint the thing. We told them that was not an option, because we did not bring it to them broken and we did not want to have an issue with it then next time the windshield gets replaced in the future. I told them there were also some online that were about $170-180 but tells me that he wasn't going to pay that much because the "dealer" quoted him $110, which I wouldn't have an issue, IF you could still get them at the dealership. Point it, it's hard to find parts like this, so obviously the price for it would be high (economics 101). Now, they are only offering to reimburse $120 for the part, that HIS company broke. It's funny how this company takes shortcuts, refusing to honor their work when they break something, and then tells us we have to get the part and they will install it. So you want US to pay for the part that YOU broke? Hilarious! Avoid this company if you can. If their incompetence breaks something, they will try and blame it on you by making excuses. read more

Abraham and company are polite, prompt, pleasant pros in anyone's book, and they have to have the cleanest, nicest waiting room of any glass shop in the nation. ONE WORD, OUTSTANDING! I did a lot of research on places before I came to All Glass, most of them wanted an obnoxious amount of money to fix a window. These prices are the best i had found by far. But honestly that is not the best thing about this place! I Was greeted by an amazing staff, Abraham and Mary they were so sweet! These people know exactly what customer service is. My car was finished in an hour the glass had been cleaned out to a spotless standard, and my tire was filled with air as I made a comment about it before I left in no way asking for air in it, they did it for me. My car had been broken into a few weeks back and I've delt with a lot of companies in this entire process this shop by far was more helpful than any place I have ever been, and I do not say this lightly they have been the most helpful in this entire process!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I will not only go back, I will recommend this to everyone that I know! I drive a government vehicle for work our company uses safelite which I've delt with for a few window and windshield repairs, this shop blows them out of the water! My wife had purchased a new dining room set, and we wanted to protect the table top with glass. With a couple cats, it would be difficult to keep the top from getting scratched without protection. Given that it came with 2 additional leaves, I concluded that the most logical arrangement would be to get 3 pieces(a 2-piece top split in the middle plus an additional section for the leaf). A single top for the table without a leaf installed would be ok for everyday, but any time we would need the leaves installed, it would require another piece, plus the larger single piece would be difficult to move, store, and replace. My wife made several calls to other local glass businesses and was promised she'd get a call back. For some unknown reason, one other business never called back to schedule an appointment(after 4 separate requests). The others quoted much higher prices...nearly double what All Glass charged. We opted to have All Glass take the measurements and make the pattern to insure we wouldn't have any question when it came to final fit. The table top is roughly rectangular, but all 4 edges have a slight curve. They charged no extra for this. The other businesses all wanted to charge about $90 for the home visit to create the pattern, but it was something we deemed important for insurance of fit along with the convenience. Chris came out for both the pattern creation as well as the final fit/delivery. He arrived promptly for both appointments, and was very pleasant and considerate. When making a trip back out to his truck to get additional pieces, he asked if we had any pets to be sure they weren't inadvertently let outside. Few home services are so considerate, and this was just one more plus. The glass pieces were delivered today, and they are perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and final product. read more

I recently had my window chipped due to those annoying big rig trucks having the rocks fly from underneath their wheels. Worst part was that it was right in the center of my vision! I called All Glass telling them what happened and I was able to get in the next morning. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole window but she told me I only need a chip repair which was great! The service there was fast and Mary was wonderful! She's a pleasure to talk to and I just found out that they recently moved to their new location at 1132 Meadow Lane in Concord. Some jerk broke into my car n broke my front window to steal my purse. I was upset having to file a police report , insurance claim , contacting my credit card Companies , etc .. basically a pain in the butt ! My insurance company said I had to wait 4 days until they can get one of their glass companies to fix my window. I can't wait that long since it's winter time n I have 2 babies so I contacted All Glass n Abraham (the manager ) was wonderful To deal with. He was not only nice n professional but was able to order my glass so quickly n also fit me in the same day!! He was also very sympathetic to my problem . The waiting area is clean n pleasant with comfortable sofas n a nice TV. They had free WIFI so I was able to finish my work while I waited (which only took about 30 minutes). They even cleaned the interior of my car because the glass shattered everywhere. After a bad day n having experienced great customer service by Abraham n the team at All Glass made it better. I normally do not write reviews but thought they were deserving of one. I recommend them n would totally go back but If I ever need to use them again . read more

I attempted to go to safelite because my insurance guarantees their work. But my first appointment they ordered the wrong windshield for my highlander, and I thought okay it's fine, these things happen. They rescheduled me four days later with a time frame of 8-1 to come to my house to install the windshield. 30 minutes before the end window time they tell me they used my windshield on another car and that I will have to wait another 5 days. So I had had it. I saw this place right around the corner from where I live and yelped them. They just had moved into this new location and had very good reviews. When I called they were very friendly. They have very good business practices as the window they were going to install had a very light scratch we wouldn't be able to notice but the owner said he could, and he wanted to ensure we got a good window. So it took an additional day but, he lent us a car for the day until our window was replaced. Not to mention my insurance provider has them as a preferred vendor and also guarantees their work. I definitely will be returning as they also do other types of windows for homes and showers too! read more

We've used All Glass before and this time the driver's window was not operating correctly, stopping and getting stuck. So we went to All Glass to see if they could fix it. They had to order the rubber for the window to operate it correctly. We were called back to say that the part was in. So we left the car with them. Wow, they fixed it and it now works beautiful. Mary and Abraham are fantastic people, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Their new facility is beautiful and their door, window samples are so great and fantastic.
