BEWARE! I wish I could give this place zero stars. The one star I am giving is for Jorge, who was professional, helpful, and had great customer service--he's the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, I purchased a van here and three months later had to replace the transmission, which cost me over $8,000. I had just started making payments on the vehicle, and now I'm $8k deeper just to make it functional. When I brought this to their attention, their solution was to "recommend" a shop that supposedly would cut me a deal. After doing my own research, I realized that this "deal" was a joke--the shop inflated their base price just to offer me a $500 discount. Classic bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, the dealership blamed me, accusing me of "driving the vehicle too hard." That's absolutely ridiculous. I've owned multiple vehicles in my life and know how to drive and maintain them properly. You're seriously telling me I ruined a transmission in just 3 months? After reading other reviews, I'm seeing a pattern. This dealership is shady. They sell unreliable cars and take no responsibility when things go wrong. Spoke to Jorge over the phone about a car I was interested in. He was knowledgeable and never pushy about getting me into their office for a "lets see what we can do" kinda deal. We worked out some numbers and I headed in to check it out in person. Car was clean and ran great. Price was exactly what we agreed on over the phone, no dealer fees or extra anything added on without my knowledge. The process was quick and painless. Jorge was pleasant and most importantly, honest. My Mazda has been running perfectly, no complaints! I was hesitant to go after reading some reviews, but glad I did. Also, looks like Sam no longer works there. Either way, Jorge will be the first dealer I call when I'm ready to buy again. read more

I would never buy another car from these guys. Absolutely no integrity. They start off friendly and tell you all their cars are checked out thoroughly but it's not so. They sold us a car that blew up in less than 60 days and would not repair it when we told them and provided reports from 2 repair shops. They said "well that's the chance you take with a used car". They make this nice pitch up-front but dont stand behind cars. $7100 later they still refuse to help. No integrity. No honor. read more

Bout a car in June. When purchasing they tried to add a $120 fee for using a card. Asked for cash. Then, went two months later to get my plates on August 31st (the day the temp plates expired) found out they didn't have my plates. A worker figured out my car was issued for not one but 3 recalls and the dmv won't send in my plates until I get it done. Why tf didn't no one call, email or txt me that? Sam said they will figure it out call back in two days. Called back no answer! And how can you figure anything out without the car? Still no call til this day! Shady. This is something you can sue for what if I got into an accident? read more

I wanted to leave a good review but they really left me with no choice after getting pulled over and only getting 1.5 months of registration. Got pulled over by the cops during our test drive because they didn't put the dealer plates on the car we were test driving, which landed me a ticket for my license and now I have to go the courtroom in LA to resolve it. Not as bad as the next issue though. Part of the negotiation is that registration cost is included in the price, or so I was told. Bought the car and waited 89 of the 90 days on the temporary plates, during which I called and texted at least a dozen times trying to get my registration from them so I wouldn't have another reason to get pulled over. I got a renewal notice in the mail with a ~$258 fee on it and I asked if they would cover it, to which I was told that a new registration and check was in the mail (it never came). FINALLY on the last day before my temporary plates expire I was given the privilege to drive and pick up my registration from someone's house, only to find it's covered for ~1.5 months. SO, do NOT accept that they will cover the registration and demand that amount taken out if you want to do business here. I would not do business again and don't recommend it. Asking for them to make good on their promises and I hear nothing back. read more

very honest people. They don't sell you on what you don't want. They let you decide and give you the space you want to check out their inventory. Jorge and Sam were very professional, reasonable and honest. Cars in good condition and prices are very reasonable. We drove 48 miles from south orange county and this was the best car lot we have seen in our 2 months of shopping. I would highly recommend All Fleet to anyone looking for a used car.
