Friendly, caring staff. Dr. Moss explained what he was doing and why, Overall a great visit!

DR.P is awesome, a super friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I received great service as a patient. HOWEVER, their office staff and medical assistant seems been staying on the clock and not working for couple of months now. DR.P ordered some lab tests for me, the code for the lab bill is wrong so the lab couldn't get my insurances approval, the lab told me to call my doctor and get the code changed so everything can be processed. I tried to contact the medical assistant at this office for SEVERAL months now, lol, left multiple detailed voicemails, seems like they are never at work? Or don't check their voicemail? This office need new MA, if they can't even get the code right they need go back to school and get rectified. read more

I've been treated as a patient by Dr. Moss 4x this year to have things removed and things frozen off. I'll spare you the details but each time I have been given excellent care. Dr. Moss explained beforehand what he was going to do and answered all my questions. The office staff is friendly. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Biltmore area. read more

The word Melanoma & Cancer put the fear of God into me & my bride of 38 years as well. Dr. Pehoushek, working out of the Biltmore office, literally saved my life. The man is a Picasso with a scalpel & could give Betsy Ross a run for her money with needle & thread. Beyond that he has a beautifully brilliant mind & we talked about everything from A to Z. By the time he was done with his masterpiece I didn't want the stimulating, yet hilarious conversation to end. He kept my mind off the drama at hand. Anna Gould PA & Stacey MA are as gorgeous on the outside as they are on the inside, which is very rare indeed. I grew up hard in the South Bronx & have been managing for some 40+ years. My people skills are hyper honed. The kind of earnest caring that they provided was unmatched in my 61 years & can not be faked. Dr. P & both of them were beyond patient with my juvenile questions & took the time to be truly present. From cradle de grave, my entire experience was a first class operation & I am forever grateful & a life long patron. PS I hope you enjoyed the Pastries & felt the love & appreciation for ALL of you doing what you were ordained to do!! Gene S read more

Have been my dermatology provider for 4 years and have been extremely pleased. Office staff has been efficient and personable. I have had visits with two different Doctors and the are thorough, professional and just really nice people. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. read more

Very pleased with All Dermatology! Dr. Moss and his staff are great and highly recommend. Professional, courteous and truly care about my health and well being. read more

Dr. Moss and the staff was great! The office is clean and in a great location. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to wait time in the office. My appointment was about 20 minutes late to start. Other than that it was fantastic (as fantastic as having a mole removed can be...). I'll definitely go back- the wait time could have been a one off thing. read more

I first saw Dr. Pahoushek (Dr.P) when my internist said I should check out a lump on my arm for skin cancer. My regular dermatologist didn't have an appointment for four months even though I told them my internist thought it might be cancerous. A friend said try Dr. P. he will see you, and I was able to make an appointment for the next week. At the appointment Dr.P told me it was not skin cancer, so that was a relief. We then discussed my itching. I had itched for 30 years and had seen many dermatologists and family doctors about it and the skin creams and different soaps they told me to use did nothing for me. Dr. P said he thought he could cure me and recommended an injectable medicine. He told me I had a form or eczema that didn't manifest itself on the skin or showed on the skin in tiny openings that you could only see under a microscope. The medicine which he provided from samples reduced my itching each week and felt like, if I kept it up, it would stop the itching. Dr. P. then gave me a prescription for the medicine which is very expensive. He said not to fill it until my insurance company approved. I am retired military and have excellent drug coverage with Tricare and Medicare. However, Medicare did not approve the medicine, even though it was working, because my eczema was did not manifest itself in lesions that you could see with the naked eye. In the meantime Dr.P kept me going with samples because it was working. I have taken other cases to the Court of Medicare appeals and won them when my claim was wrongly denied initially. In those cases I had to do it myself with no help from my Doctor. I was going to appeal this case also, but Dr. P and his staff took over as my advocates and got the decision reversed at the first tricare medical review. They prepared the appeal and furnished the medical reasons why the coverage should be allowed. I only had to write a letter describing how the medicine relieved thirty years of irritating itching that interfered with sleep and caused me to rub me back against the wall many times during the day. I now receive the medication by mail, my insurance co payment is the same as for any other off formula medication and I don't itch anymore, with no side effects I have noticed. Dr. P is a busy guy, and for good reason. He gets you in and out, and there is little wait time in the waiting room which is not crowded because people are being seen when their appointment time comes around. I have seen reviews which say he seemed hurried. He works fast and is an extrovert. If you are introverted this may seem like you are being rushed, but for me it felt good to be seen in a friendly fast moving way, especially when the result was almost too good to believe. read more

No need to change my prior review. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Pehoushek. He is efficient, professional, and competent with a great sense of humor and "bedside manner." read more

I am continually impressed with All Dermatology. The staff is friendly and treats the patients with respect. I have found that some other dermatologists in the Phoenix area don't seem to offer the same interest in their male patients' needs as their female patients needs and can make their male patients feel less masculine if they ask certain question or ask for certain services. Not only is All Dermatology interested in your skin health, they want you to look good too, whether you are male or female. I'm so glad I found this provider. read more

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Iorio at this practice on short notice. She was initially very polite, checked the area in issue, diagnosed and prescribed several meds and told me the next step would be a biopsy if necessary. I asked another question about a second issue and was told that I'd have to come back for a separate appointment for that. I was taken aback a bit since we'd only been in the room for about 10 minutes and I paid over $150 for the appointment. Fast forward two weeks and the meds she prescribed did not work. I called the office and left a detailed message regarding the biopsy and no one ever called back. Utterly and completely unprofessional. Now here's the punchline. I went to a Dermatology Physician Assistant at another practice who took one look at the issue and told me that it was absolutely not what Dr. Iorio diagnosed it as, that the meds were useless for it, that the biopsy was completely unnecessary and gave me a cream that cleared the condition within days! So thanks, All Dermatology. The best thing you did for me was NOT call me back to schedule a procedure I didn't need after giving me meds that were never going to help me. read more

I turned to my husband for a dermatology referSl as I knew he spoke highly about Dr P. I scheduled an intake ystrdy to secure regular dermatology and to have a skin tag removed that grew unsightly. From entering the office to the warm welcome from the receptionist to being seen immediately in an examine room- I wasn't left waiting or wondering. The likable medicate assistant and the medical NP asked direct questions while I was examined and questions were answered. I was comfortable and at ease as the energized likable and upbeat Dr P arrived to examine me and recommend services in the future. My skin tag was painlessly removed as as spot was discovered on my arm that required a biopsy. All of my questions were answered openly and honestly- with no procedures or special creams being pushed on me. I actually enjoyed sitting in the room with the three of them. I came home and marveled to my husband d on what a great proactive this was. " I know he smiled" Today I came to work with no pain from my small procedure and feeling upbeat. Thanks All Dermatology Team! Thanks Dr P! read more

I thought Dr. Susan Iorio was ok so I recommended her to my mom. My mom had two different concerns and she said that after she got help with the first one, Dr. Iorio refused to help her with the second one when she brought it up. Dr. Iorio told her that they'd talk about that in another appointment. My mom was taken aback and I was too when she told me this. It's clear that she doesn't care about her patients.. only about money. Not everyone has the time to schedule extra, unnecessary appointments, we have jobs. I was going to recommend her to a couple other family members, but I'll be taking our business elsewhere. I definitely don't recommend this place. read more

I have been seeing doctors at All Dermatology for at least 15 years. All have been great. Most recently I saw Dr. Pehoushek to have some skin spots checked for cancer and then frozen, plus a wart frozen. All procedures went well. Dr. Pehoushek saw me promptly with very little waiting and is very friendly. He also explains things very well, including giving me a paper about one ski condition I have. I am very pleased with the care I receive at All Dermatology, and highly recommend Dr. Pehoushek and the practice. read more

After years of patronizing the "North Scottsdale Top Doc" dermatologist, I decided to try Dr. James Pehoushek at the recommendation of a friend. When I looked up a little information here on yelp, I actually hesitated because the few reviews were not good. However, the negative reviews, for the most part, deal with the allergy division of this practice, not the dermatology area. Dr. Pehoushek gave me a thorough skin cancer screening, and treated some problem areas. In addition, I have had some skin issues with my face and he discussed why I was having them, and prescribed some medication to clear it up. What I like about this doctor and office: Very friendly, very competent, very thorough, NO ATTITUDE, and for once, I felt like I was going to an old-fashioned doctor. Not only do I highly recommend Dr. Pehoushek, but chicken-me look forward to returning... read more
