My friend talked about this barbecue the whole drive over. she talked about the macaroni bowl, that she had to have and hoped this barbecue truck was there. I ordered the Mac bowl with brisket, but there are other options. OMG Life changing. The flavor and tenderness of this meat was great. The Mac was perfect. I will be at the park again Monday. Now we both will be live in anticipation. The guy is nice and friendly. My order was ready fast. Reasonably prices and the portions are large. I can't brag enough. Thank you God.

When I found myself in the middle of nowhere up in the Palmdale area, this little food truck was pulled up next to one of the more popular breweries in town. I was hungry and had no time to assess, so my partner and I got brisket and a loaded (VERY loaded!) potato. Y'all. It was like I was back in Texas! I was so happy and cleaned my plate. California is NOT known for BBQ. It's like they never think to season their meat before cooking, and end up just slathering it with sugary sauce. Not Best BBQ, they TRULY live up to the name! The brisket was juicy, flavorful, and the sauce was an enhancement rather than a coverup. That potato was absurd--not only was it huge and had the regular fixins, but also included mac and cheese and bbq brisket! A true must-try. I wish they hadn't been out of the pulled pork, as I know it would have been just as good. DEFINITELY worth a visit! They park out behind Lucky Luke's certain days of the week. Not sure if they have other locations but time your trip and pair the amazing BBQ with Luke's just as amazing beer.

The seating area is ample with a variety of options. Your are greeted by friendly staff that are happy to walk you through their menu and spice level options. We came in during lunch and it was not to busy, the main menu board is cut up into three options, Wings, Tenders and Party Packs. Under the wings you will find the spice level next to the names of the wings. We tried the boneless wings the Korean Spicy probably one of our favorites, it has a nice kick but not overwhelming, fyi we do like things on the spicer side. We also tried the Sweet Chili, very good wing, the Buffalo flavor, very good without the spice and the Cajun, they were all great tasting and a nice portion size, you also get to choose a side from the options and a drink. They have a special that runs on Tuesdays, get there early .89 cent bone in wings all flavors, that is a smoking deal!! Overall for the price, we enjoyed our wings and look forward to our next visit.

I found them while going to the market and it is fairly close to my home. I decided to order some lunch from here and it was honestly one of the best wings I've ever had. On Tuesdays they do 89 cents wings and minimum of 10 which is a bargain in today's market. I had the Cajun and lemon pepper wings and they were both so delicious. The chicken was super crispy and with the crispiness the sauces were coated evenly. They have other items on their menu and I can't wait to go back. The service is amazing here the lady here is so kind and also told me to try other items. The fries are the best and have tons of seasoning. Will definitely be ordering some more soon.

Definitely a big recommendation, moist chicken with the perfect amount of breading and seasoning. Chicken comes out piping hot with a side of steamy fries or your choice of a waffle. Perfect flavor with a sticky sauce that's Finger Lickin Good! KFC should give up the slogan and give it to Boom Boom Chicken!
