What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

We were on a tight deadline and she worked with us to try and meet that deadline, which she did - we had our property rented within 2 weeks. They also have a list of resources. Our personal handy person was less expensive than the person they recommended - but she seemed organized and very competent. If we hadn't had our own person we would have felt very comfortable using her instead. We also worked with an insurance agent they recommended and that was a life saver. It is so hard to get home insurance at the moment with so many insurance companies not writing new policies, even our current insurer couldn't write a new policy for us. It was well worth their fee, especially for anyone stepping into this for the first time.
