I spoke to one agent, then made an appointment to have calls with others. The Cal Agents called me, and in less than a minute I realized it was someone from a Philippine call center. What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

    Landlords: Stay away from this company! They charge $37 to tenants for the privilege of filling out…read moretheir stupid application. Then they show the property for MONTHS, collecting a tidy sum from all the applications. You as a property owner lose two months rent. Their business model does NOT benefit the property owner; I offered to pay a year of rent upfront, yet my message was never delivered to the owner, which was too bad for them as I have excellent credit and references and a year upfront is a sweet deal for a landlord. Tenants: I was charged $37 PLUS I was told I would hear back either way within 4-6 days. It took SIX WEEKS for them to get back to me. Of course now I know it's because they were making a cool $3000 from applications. I would NEVER use them as my property management company and will NEVER apply to one of their properties as a tenant again. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Also, the owner's name is Jack Burns and his email is: jackburnsjr@icloud.com in case you want to ask what's taking so long to rent your property. Shame on him for running this scam that hurts property owners AND tenants.

After a while he wouldn't answer or get back to me. it sucks that we are something on a clock to move but we just don't get a straight answer if the application got denied just say that. how hard is it.     I am a good person I have never in my life written a bad review so I applied for these properties…read moreon 2806 Charleston Ln, San Pablo CA I went to see the properties The lady said only one other person applied. Me, and that they have two units available I went in to do the application, at 3088 Pinole Valley Road Pinole, CA 94564 I also wrote a letter to explain my situation. And provided them a voucher I was told they should be getting in contact with me in two weeks, or probably sooner I didn't get a call or email coming into the third- week so on 3/2/2026 at 9:23am I called. The lady told me that they rented one of the units and then she told me that another unit was still available and asked if I have a updated voucher. I then told her that I can't get an updated one because I have to put in a 30-day notice at my current place to get my updated one. But I am approved for a 3bed room do to my extended family. Remind you all of this is what I said in the letter when submitting my application She then tells me that's not true I know people that has there's basically telling me that I am a liar. I was very offended so she asked me again. Can I get an updated voucher today I then said I can try to go get something stating that I have a three-bedroom voucher so I went to the housing office, called her back at 11:13am the secretary picked up and said didn't you just talk to her. We already have two people in both of the units. I then told her that's not what she said. She then transferred me back to the lady I then put the Housing Authority on the phone. She talked with them and everything that she told the housing lady wasn't what she told me. She then proceeded and said we would have to wait for inspections an etc. but what I didn't understand was why she didn't tell me that why did she ask me to go get an updated voucher instead of saying you didn't get the place? After I went 45 minutes away to the housing place and waited in a long line and had to wait to talk with someone She didn't even apologize for calling me a liar after they told her the something I told her if you already know dealing with people with section 8 vouchers requires exceptions why let them apply these rental properties Been up for 84 days already and you're talking about waiting on inspection I was discriminated against. I didn't get a fair chance. This is unacceptable. I feel like I was racially profiled. The moment she got my application. I should have at least gotten a call asking for whatever she needed, and I would have worked on it, but no instead they took my application fee, which I was told that I was going to get back and didn't I'm not mad that I didn't get it I'm upset about the unprofessionalism and discrimination and the disrespect people love to abuse their power I wouldn't recommend anyone to this agency unprofessional and unfair treatment bad communication this is not how you should represent your company the world we live in is so sad I encourage people to know your rights and look up the laws are connecte attorneys

(I have had other managers for other properties in the past that seemed more interested in collecting their share of the rent than in actually managing the property, protecting my interests and keeping the tenants happy.) Lynette met all my needs. She kept me in the loop when I needed to be, but blissfully ignorant when informing me of some minor issue would have served no purpose. The tenants we selected have been very good to my property and I have had no issues with rental payments. If I ever need a manager in the Richmond area again, Lynette would be the person I would call.
