Like another person mentioned, it's a bit pricey (the reason I took off a star): -Very Large Electrolux washer up front runs $7.75 for a 30 min wash (think king size comforter). -Large Speed Queen washers throughout run $5.25 for a wash -Regular Size Top Load Speed Queen washers (think home sized washer) run $3.00 per load. -All dryers were running 25 cents per 7 minutes of drying time. There's a single restroom; as well as a couple vending machines for drinks and snacks as well. Good number of washing machines & dryers on site for regular loads of clothes all the way up to the very large washer(s) for oversized blankets/comforters. I only noticed one of the smaller washers being "out of order" at the time I visited. They also have free Wi-Fi and apparently offer laundry service as well. I was here middle of the week/middle of the day with about 5 other people and it didn't feel crowded. Nice place if you need to wash some clothes/bedding in the South Suburbs. I'd return and recommend.

Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back.

I kindly returned the shirts that were not mine and advised them that I was missing two shirts (actually my wife did) once they did not follow up with my wife I called one week later and explained my situation the employee was automatically on the defense and wanted nothing to do with me. Once I calmed him down he said he would follow up with me....sure enough no call until I initiated another call. The guy at the store offered no help with my situation and that is how it was left. I would like to file a complaint because I am now out of over $150.00 in shirts and there is nothing I can do.

First he askes my phone number. Then my last name. If he made me spell it one more time, I'da given him 5 across the chops. He could see that I was getting agitated repeating myself. Then when he asked me to spell crystal, I wanted to pick up my clothes and leave. Is this guy kidding me? And then when he gave me the reciept to pick up my stuff I was about to fall over. The dress was 2 days late and we had to switch our flights in order to get this dress. during this time, I also had dropped off a suit, which again I was told would be ready in time. They gave me the WRONG SUIT. Completely screwed us up for this wedding. For something as important and time-sensitive as wedding attire, you should be able to trust a dry cleaner to get the basics right. Between the incorrect date, giving me someone else's suit, and the attitude I received, this was an absolutely horrible experience. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place, especially if you need your clothing for an important event. FYI I finally received the correct suit. The woman at the counter measured the length of the zipper and then quoted $25.00 to $35.00 to replace the zipper and wrote up a ticket accordingly. When I went in to pick it up, I found that she had only replaced the pull tab yet charged me $20.00 to replace a $0.10 pull tab. Of course I had to pay the exorbitant price to get my jacket back. The first time that I tried the jacket on, the zipper didn't work. When I took the jacket back and showed her the problem, she wanted an additional $25.00 to actually do the work that I had originally asked for. It's sad that she prefers to rip off her customers rather than to maintain her integrity.
