When I went in to pick it up, I found that she had only replaced the pull tab yet charged me $20.00 to replace a $0.10 pull tab. Of course I had to pay the exorbitant price to get my jacket back. The first time that I tried the jacket on, the zipper didn't work. When I took the jacket back and showed her the problem, she wanted an additional $25.00 to actually do the work that I had originally asked for.
