It seems many people use their own machines for most things but when it come to rugs and heavy items like that, they stream over to the laundromat. Soap and Suds realizes this fact and they have a nice selection of machines to accommodate customers. Soap and Suds has three different sized machines...so you can tailor your wash to the right machine. We brought over some bathroom rugs and used their 30 pound machine and it performed perfectly...handled the heavier rugs with ease. Came out clean and with most of the water spun out. Dryers worked well also. The facility has a few dozen machines and was clean all around. They sell the usual soaps for those that don't come with same. All in all we will be back here the next time we need to use heavy machines. Good place and convenient.

They had a backup plan and took care of me right away. Service was friendly and professional even with their added stress of their system being down. We mentioned that my shirt had a stain and they acknowledged so quicky as that this type of thing is taken care of automatically. I got a follow-up call the next day and my order was complete on time and with PERFECTION! I love this place and I am a permanent new customer! They did a great job on every level!
