I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. It seems many people use their own machines for most things but when it come to rugs and heavy items like that, they stream over to the laundromat. Soap and Suds realizes this fact and they have a nice selection of machines to accommodate customers. Soap and Suds has three different sized machines...so you can tailor your wash to the right machine. We brought over some bathroom rugs and used their 30 pound machine and it performed perfectly...handled the heavier rugs with ease. Came out clean and with most of the water spun out. Dryers worked well also. The facility has a few dozen machines and was clean all around. They sell the usual soaps for those that don't come with same. All in all we will be back here the next time we need to use heavy machines. Good place and convenient.
