They helped me with my rental, even drove me over to enterprise, got my claim approved in record time, and got me my car back super fast and they did an incredible job. If i could give my tesla stars i would give it 0/10 with all of the issues it's been giving me. But a 10/10 for everything here. My car was in an accident last year and it was A LOT to deal with, they were patient while i was doing half the work and being the middleman for Tesla lol. They brought my car back to new. Fast forward to now and i took my car to a different alignment shop cuz i thought it was a simple fix in which that shop blamed this shop of messing up my car when in fact they were the ones that really messed up my car. Once my car was fixed here i was shown photos and realized the other ppl really had messed my car up. They fixed the issue easily and now my car is running like normal! I had a complicated situation pertaining to an accident back at the end of January where not one but two body shops managed to mess my car up really badly rather than fix it. I was recommended here by my insurance company and I'm pleased I opted to have the work finally done which was to my satisfaction here. They work primarily on Teslas, but I have a Toyota Corolla that needed the bumper replaced and they were able to provide me a new original part bumper with beautiful paint work in just a few days. Got into a crash on a week night and was frantically calling Tesla approved body shops and they were all closed. I was lucky enough to call these guys and Henry picked up after hours assuring me he would stick around to make sure the tow truck could drop off the car that night so I don't have to worry about storing the car someplace else. I found them through recommendations from another Tesla bodyshop after my model x was rear ended on 405. It was damaged pretty badly in the rear that several parts needed to be replaced. Even the gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) that cleans the property has a smile on his face.
