If I could give them six stars... I would gladly. After my BMW was T-Boned, and at the time of the accident, a tow truck driver took my baby to some random repair shop that I suspect he had a deal with. BMW recommended ACCC to me and I couldn't possibly have had a better experience. In an hour, Henry rescued my car from the guys who tried to charge $2500 for storage! He fought for original replacement parts accross the board and pieced my baby back together impeccably. I should say that Im not too terribly trusting, but I received regular updates from Henry and everyone at this company who were all gracious, helpful and really well informed. Particularly if you have a BMW or a Tesla, just do not think twice! read more

I have had All City repair our Tesla Model 3 after two accidents, and they did an excellent job each time. They explained very clearly what the issues were and then worked with the insurance companies to make sure that everything was taken care of properly. Henry is very responsive to calls and texts. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was done in the timeframe that they had given us. I would definitely use them again. read more

They were so good, that I got into another accident a week after getting my car back from them and I came right back there! Henry and his team took care of me right away, super professional, and got it done in 3 days! It looks great! It was the rear passenger bumper. Can't even tell! With my first accident, I was originally going to go to Tesla direct, but I'm so glad I came here! Got my car to Henry and it was a super fast process. They helped me with my rental, even drove me over to enterprise, got my claim approved in record time, and got me my car back super fast and they did an incredible job. All with certified OEM Tesla parts and paint. They did exactly the same the second time! Henry told me to come back even if I want a detail where they go panel by panel! Hopefully I don't see them for a while! read more

All City Coach Craft - It's the rear passenger bumper. Looks great! - Body Shops Near Me - Van Nuys, California

We had our car detailed here and it was done to perfection. They are not the cheapest boys on the block, but you do get what you pay for. We made an appointment and our car was done the next morning. We were very pleased. The service people are super nice. I really liked their attention to detail. The place is clean. I will be coming back. Happy New Year. read more

Brilliant service. The team members are all friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely true professionals. The quality of the work is top notch, and their prices honest and pretty much unbeatable. Would absolutely recommend, and will most certainly go back next time my Tesla needs body work! read more

Honest, Skilled, and Fast - Highly Recommended! It's not easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I feel lucky to have found this place. I'll definitely be coming back for any future service needs! read more

All City Coach Craft is the very best auto body shop to be found anywhere! If i could give my tesla stars i would give it 0/10 with all of the issues it's been giving me. But a 10/10 for everything here. My car was in an accident last year and it was A LOT to deal with, they were patient while i was doing half the work and being the middleman for Tesla lol. They brought my car back to new. Fast forward to now and i took my car to a different alignment shop cuz i thought it was a simple fix in which that shop blamed this shop of messing up my car when in fact they were the ones that really messed up my car. Once my car was fixed here i was shown photos and realized the other ppl really had messed my car up. They fixed the issue easily and now my car is running like normal! I won't take my car anywhere else now. read more

My husband used this body shop when he got into an accident. They're one of the Tesla authorized repair shops. I brought my car in last week for some minor repairs. Scratched bumper and a small dead on the wheel well. Even though it was a small repair..they did an amazing job! read more

I had a complicated situation pertaining to an accident back at the end of January where not one but two body shops managed to mess my car up really badly rather than fix it. I was recommended here by my insurance company and I'm pleased I opted to have the work finally done which was to my satisfaction here. They work primarily on Teslas, but I have a Toyota Corolla that needed the bumper replaced and they were able to provide me a new original part bumper with beautiful paint work in just a few days. Staff here is very professional, the office is clean as is the work area. Thanks for the great car wash and interior cleaning as well. Would recommend others to stop by for a consultation to see what they are capable of. Thanks so much for resolving my headache with all this. read more

Picked up my car today and this place is incredible! I brought my tesla model 3 here because I was rear ended. They charged it for me and made the inside and out look brand new. Stellar service. Spectacular company. 1000% recommend them! read more

I can not say enough good things about Henry and his team. A truly wonderful group of professionals who really care about their customers. I found them through recommendations from another Tesla bodyshop after my model x was rear ended on 405. It was damaged pretty badly in the rear that several parts needed to be replaced. Henry and his team did a fantastic job with the repairs. They then helped me replace the glovebox in the Tesla and buffed out scratches on my other car free of charge. This is gonna be the shop for me and all my friends and family from now on bc they are the shop that goes far and beyond for its customers. Thank you guys! read more

I had some minor parking lot damage on the front of my Telsa - All City fixed it perfectly in about 2 days for way less than the other two shops I checked! It was a totally smooth and professional experience, and the results were great, my car looks like new. read more

Got into a crash on a week night and was frantically calling Tesla approved body shops and they were all closed. I was lucky enough to call these guys and Henry picked up after hours assuring me he would stick around to make sure the tow truck could drop off the car that night so I don't have to worry about storing the car someplace else. Although it took Tesla and my insurance several weeks, these guys were on top of it. The whole staff was great with communication and genuinely nice. I hope I don't have to bring my car here again but if I do, I would only trust them. They did an amazing job with the car, the service is impeccable and unmatched. Thank you guys! read more

Henry is the best. Never been here before and they treated me like a king. Needed my side view mirror cover replaced. In and out in 20 minutes. He wouldn't take my money. He has a customer for life read more

From front of house to back, this staff is caring and attentive. Mayra at the front desk clearly keeps a full schedule business running smoothly, Justin who worked on my vehicle was quick AND thorough, Mitch & Henry did an excellent job of sourcing quality parts at lower prices for the happiness of the customer. Even the gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) that cleans the property has a smile on his face. I had my passenger window smashed during a break-in, and they did a perfect job explaining price points during the quote process and went the extra mile to save me money during an unfortunate experience. I wish I had been smart enough to get good before and after photos but I promise they are worth every penny. I have a Subaru but they are also a highly recognized Tesla certified shop. read more

I have taken my Tesla to this body shop twice. The first time was after a major accident and they did an outstanding job on the car. The second time was for a minor rattle, and they took care of it with great service! If you have any issue with a Tesla, this is the only place to go. read more

Henry and the team at All City were a pleasure to work with. They repaired the damage to our Model 3 - looks as good as new - and even came in on the weekends to accommodate our work schedules. Very professional service and clean work. read more

Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. I worked with Henry, who diagnosed why my car door handle wasn't coming out super quick along with fixing minor bumper and parking sensor issues. He did his best to charge me for only the labor intensive work that was done, which was greatly appreciated. This place is great. Highly recommended. read more

Henry and his team were great. We took our Tesla last minute after we called the day of an accident. They were able to accommodate and help us immediately. Very professional staff that were always helpful. Worked with my insurance to get my Tesla repaired to new quality. Thanks

Quality of work is superb! The team here repaired my vehicle from factory defects (metal bump on roof frame), interior fabric replacement and exterior glass repairs to bumper dents and scratches. My car was clean, charged, and the front of house was professional as can be. Most importantly, repair was timely as I needed my car for a road trip. Amazing experience. read more

I'm so grateful to this body shop for repairing my Tesla all three times. I've had an accident or fender bender. Once through insurance and twice out-of-pocket. Not only are they very knowledgeable about Teslas, it is their customer care that keeps me coming back. Something I find very rare these days. I highly recommend. read more

Henry Cholakian and his staff are very professional, they have worked on several of my Tesla's and I'm very Happy about the work they have done. After the slide collision accident, I found All City Coach Craft through the Tesla app. The car was not driving and required a lot of painting. The team took on all the routine: a tow truck, repairs, and all that management stuff with insurance companies. Sargiz helped me a lot! He was always in touch and oriented me on the condition of the repairs. The team gave me a new car back! Guys, I am very grateful to you, THANK YOU! High-level quality job! read more

All City is an outstanding team. I recently had to take in two of my cars for my family for body work. Unfortunetly, we had a couple fender benders back to back, but Henry and the All City team made the process simple and worked with the insurance on the best solution. There techs did an amazing job on both cars (looks brand new) in a timely manner. The entire office and crew very courteous and professional. They are a bit far from me, but I will definitely go back! read more

If you have Tesla and you need body work, this is the place. Honest great work, what else do you need. I am not a relative.

I went to All City Coach Craft with an annoying wind leak from my passenger side window of my Tesla Mosel S. Initially they could not find the leak, but after taking the door apart, they found the problem and corrected it. Excellent service, clean shop and friendly staff. Thank you Mitch. read more
