My blood pressure was elevated both times. My most recent visit, she also took my bp over my hoodie sleeve and the first thing she says is, "You're going to need to get on meds." What "nurse" isn't aware of how blood pressure work? I just walked blocks, you didn't let me sit, you're talking to me, the cuff isn't on my arm it's on a sweater and you think my readings wouldn't be elevated? Also, how can 1 or 2 readings determine medication? Giving unsolicited medical advice to a stranger whose medical history you know nothing about is condescending. She could've simply said your reading is high, follow up with your doctor. On another note, the clinic is clean, beautiful, comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. The first time I felt like the IV helped me a lot. This last time I didn't feel any benefits.

They were in the middle of an appointment. I figured it was almost over and I waited another 10 minutes and heard the woman leave. But just before she left, I heard her ask the counselor if she was taking up her time because someone else came in (meaning me.) The counselor said no one else is here, even though I was sitting in the room with the door closed. Just then, someone else came in and the same counselor took that other woman into the next room and started speaking to her, all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone for my 1:30 PM appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 PM. Not for 1:50 PM or after she saw the second person. I called to check on the time because my time is important and I felt like my time was not important enough to this clinic and it made me feel like a number. It seems like they are overscheduled and I just left at 1:50 after I was still sitting in the room, waiting. No one called to apologize or ask me what happened.

(I went to my neighbors after the test to use her accurate scale) So she figured the results based on that inaccurate entry of my weight. She was rushed the whole time, and kept saying she has another client! It wasn't my fault. I got there 10 minutes early! For a bit during the test, I was uncomfortable with breathing, and she pretty much raised her voice and said "Cant help that!".. with no understanding of course! Anyway, waste of time and money! I really appreciate the time he took with me in going over options for cosmetic work I wanted done on my eyes. He was up front about what was possible - and what was not. The injections were not painful at all and it helped that he used plenty of ice both before and after the procedure. The cryotherapy stung a little but I expected that to remove some brown spots and skin tags. The price for all three procedures was far less than I thought (like less than a thousand).
