I found her on yelp when I was about 20 weeks pregnant and was starting to have persistent back pain. She got me in for a consult quickly and patiently worked with me to help relieve my pain. My back pain has been consistently better and nearly gone since I have been seeing her throughout this pregnancy. Whenever my pain starts to creep back, or I start to feel tight or just uncomfortable (which is frequently nowadays) a quick adjustment and stretching exercises with Dr. Steinys make me feel better in a matter of hours. I actually feel lighter. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and willing to listen to all of your needs. Her office is great, and Ashley at the front desk always quickly responds to emails and phone calls and is really good at her job....always welcoming you in to your appointment.
