What makes this laundromat by far the best one in the neighborhood is the exceptional service Jackie ( the manager) gives to all her customers. She always super friendly and helpful whether you're dropping off cloths or washing them Yourself. She's always in a good mood and happy. When I drop off my cloths I request to have it done by her because my cloths always comes back perfectly folded in my laundry bag! Good service and a friendly environment is really what keeps customers coming back and Jackie provides that each and every time! Ps... On holidays she has candy on the counter for you! :) Rochelly read more

I would not recommend this service given that they did not perform the services we had agreed on. See below for more details. I also have photos/videos of the apartment they didn't clean plus emails showing that I did indeed set up a cleaning with them. Timeline of events: SETUP - I call them to set up a cleaning of a 3 bedroom/1,000sqft apartment - They specified that they had a 3 hour minimum, have two "technicians" and brought all supplies - We agreed for a Sunday at noon timeframe for arrival - I also asked for a copy of their insurance in case the building required it - Up to this point they have been responsive and professional DAY OF CLEANING - Day of the cleaning, I get a call from the cleaners saying they are on their way - The doormen call me to confirm that I scheduled a cleaning and that the cleaners are there - The cleaners call me 3 hours in saying "We've cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and living room. What would you want next?" so I ask them to vacuum the bedrooms - Don't hear anything after that so I assume they were done and headed home DAY AFTER - I check on the apartment - Bedrooms were not vacuumed - They claim that they mop the floors but the floors were filthy - Bathrooms had not been cleaned at all as evidenced by dust all over the bathroom - I don't have a before and after but my best guess is that they did not do any cleaning at all - I called the main number and spoke to someone who said that this was not acceptable, they would speak to the owner and get right back to me. - I also emailed to say that they were in breach of of their agreement Two weeks later, no contact of any kind (phone or email) read more

When a 1 day repair job on my bathroom ended up taking a week and left construction dust on every possible surface in my apartment, All Bright saved me. Joe was amazing - super clear on costs, answering all of my questions, making recommendations - just so straightforward and transparent - and quickly had a team scheduled to clean my apartment to make it habitable again. Mike was the cleaning crew lead, he arrived on time and came in to assess the job and give his team an overview and direction. Jimek and Linda were the cleaning crew and honestly, in 4.5 hours somehow managed to get rid of every speck of dust and cleaned areas I hadn't even thought of (including my windows - inside and out). They were careful, thorough, fast and efficient, and by the time they left, my apartment was spotless and even cleaner than before construction started! Another bonus - they bring their own supplies. Most of their products are green (white vinegar based) and they also have HEPA-filter vacuums and air filters if needed. So not only is the apartment spotless, it doesn't have that overwhelming smell of chemicals that tends to linger after a deep clean. Payment is easy - you can pay online or via check, so you have your options. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely hire All-Bright again (and am actually considering them for a deep clean twice a year). read more

I hired All Bright Services for a combination deep cleaning and Covid-19 disinfection, and needed it done on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They responded right away, offered me a fair price, and kept in contact with me until the 2 cleaners arrived. They came a little after we discussed but made sure to make up for the time, and went the extra mile to the details I had asked for. It was a very complicated project, and they went out of their way to accomplish all that I asked, and were passionate about what they did, as well as being pleasant and friendly. I'd definitely hire again, and would recommend to anyone who needs this kind of work! read more

I hired All Bright to di post construction cleaning on my 3 story Brooklyn brownstone. They quoted me $9,058 and promised it would be perfect. After 9 months of construction, I wanted white glove service and 100% assurance of cleanliness so I went with them and gave them a 50% deposit of cash up front. I showed them how the brand new Pella windows worked and got them settled in. While I was away at work, they did very little cleaning no one room was clean in fact and I came home at 4:45pm to the 4 of them standing angrily in my hallway. Thye called me three times in my way there because they all wanted to leave at 4:30pm on the first day of a three day $9k job and they were worried that I would be there late. Upstairs I found a huge mess, and one window pulled down from the top and left open in the rain. I called them up and they announced my windows (which were perfect when I left that morning) were "installed wrong". If I hadn't come to check on them, they would have left my window open like that with the rain pouring in. When I said, of course they were installed correctly, they started screaming at me. And I mean screaming at me, calling me a bitch. I called my window guy and he talked me through pulling it down and back into place to un-jam it. Additionally, during this day of not cleaning and jamming my new window and leaving it to flood, my contractor was there doing work in the basement. He said these cleaners sat on my front stairs smoking weed and wouldn't stop or move away from the property when he asked them to. And then they had a huge screaming argument amongst themselves in the street over money regarding a different job. Once again they would not work and they would not move away from the property. I have lived in NYC for 30 years and owned two properties here in that time and have NEVER hired a company so incompetent, unprofessional and insane. Let alone with mercenary pricing. read more

We are very happy with the job that All Bright Services did cleaning our house. Every step of the process was thorough and painless. We were able to quickly set up date for the cleaning with Ben. We met with their Representative for a walk through and discussed what we wanted cleaned. He explained all of their services to us and we gave him a deposit for the job. The All Bright Cleaners showed up promptly on the agreed date and time and did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were friendly and courteous and completely focused on satisfying our needs. We did a walkthrough with the Cleaning Team when the job was completed and they explained exactly what was done and made sure that they had done what was requested. I'm a project manager for a city agency and my contractor needed to do a thorough cleaning of a large construction site to make it suitable for reopening to public use, and they did a marvelous job cleaning four floors. We hired them for heavy duty vacuuming, high dusting, mopping, floor and wall cleaning, bathroom cleaning, disinfecting and saniziting toilers, wiping down special surfaces-- and they did a great job in three days. The site was spotless, smelled nice, and done with a knowledgeable and fun crew. Alon was such a pleasure to work with to set up the appointment that when we needed a special cleaning for a lead dust wipe test at the same site, there was no hesitation to reach out to him to get the company's services again. read more

I can't even begin to explain how amazing and easy this experience was for me. I was in a panic and needed to get graffiti removed asap to do a showing of the building. I called and spoke to Joe whom is just a complete Angel and literally listened to me vent and then helped me get the order done asap. I had such a difficult situation from beginning to end and they handled it like a pro! They even were accommodating with my insane schedule !!!! Not to mention they sent one of the BEST out to do the job! All I gotta say is Ask for Mike!!!! I had an extremely difficult case of graffiti to remove since it was several dark colors and the graffiti had been on there for months! I was nervous but Mike reassured me it was all going to be ok. And he powered through the session and got every single last bit of graffiti off. It was like it was NEVER EVEN THERE! It went from scary to cozy in a matter of an hour. And even when I didn't see any trace of graffiti Mike still continued to work on it until even the shadow of it was gone and then he cleaned all traces of water and set up ! I meannnnn come on , how do you beat that?!?! I can't thank you guys enough. I never leave reviews but I am can't begin to explain how grateful I am for your service and just going above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you!!!! This company is very unprofessional. They never have all supplies needed to produce exceptional work. Run this business is a scam! I called and asked if they could do a post construction cleanup for a one bedroom apartment and they agreed that they would need two people to come in and cleanup for 130 per hour on a three hour minimum. The person on the phone really sold me,telling me they would bring all this equipment in including ceiling brushes hepa vacs and everything to do the job properly. It sounded amazing. I was desperate so I agreed. They showed up on time and their district manager Alon came along with them. I told him I could afford do the three hours and then we would see if we needed to maybe add one more hour to get the job done.He came in and assessed the apartment and said it might take more time to get the job done but not how much more. He pointed out to the two men what was needed and then he took off letting me know he was only ten minutes away if I needed to get in touch with him. Two hours later I checked to see the progress and I was shocked that they were still working on the same shelving area in my kitchen and I got worried and so I tried contacting him. He wouldn't answer his phone or reply to any of his texts. I called the company office and they tried contacting him. He finally called back half an hour later and I explained that he needed to come back asap! He said it would be another 15 minutes till he could be back which turned almost into another hour. Btw one of the two guys took a 20 minute break after asking me where he could go buy lottery tickets. I asked his colleague where he went and he told me he needed a break from all the dust. Long story short after three hours they did nothing but the shelves and I told them I wasn't going to pay almost 400 dollars for the lack of work that they did in my apartment. I still ended up giving them 150 and they quickly accepted and pact up to leave my place still covered in dust. He tried to convince me that the work they did was worth the total price and kept trying to shake my hand. I couldn't write my check fast enough after he said I was being a prick. Please do not give your money to these people. Run from them they will scam you for money too! I ended up paying them 25 dollars an hour each for something I could've done in 30 minutes! No show! The worst communication and no one could get their story straight. I paid in advance in November for a date in late December: to clean a kitchen and bathroom for a renter moving in on Jan 1. Got a confirmation call on the Friday before, and was told to prepare for them to be early for a 9am start. Called around 10:15am and the games began: supposed to be called back with ETA twice, then they quit answering, so I had my partner call, back and forth, then called the owner. Finally was given the driver's number: called him and he had no idea about the job??!! Several more back and forths and everyone had a different story: one story was, "there's a team available nearby, but could they use your supplies"???WTF? Finally promised between 12-12:30 - NO SHOW, NO CALL! I requested my money back by 5pm- by 5:10pm I was on the phone with my credit card company filing a complaint - oh yeah, I did ALL the cleaning myself - wish I'd gotten paid what they charged me! read more

We used AllBright to clean a few carpets in our apartment. They were really friendly and respectful and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned, unsure whether it would be worth the investment. When I moved, I decided to have the carpets in the new condo cleaned as they had several stains and discoloration. I was almost absolutely certain that the stains would be IMPOSSIBLE to remove and the carpet would to need to be completely replaced. After researching, reading reviews and comparing prices, I chose ALL Bright. They were professional, competitively priced, efficient and well worth the investment! They made the white carpets look like new! Those "IMPOSSIBLE" stains...GONE! I am so happy with my decision. I definitely intend to utilize their service again and would recommend them without any hesitation! read more

I can't say enough good things about All Bright. From the initial call when I spoke with Ben who made me feel that I had found the right company for my very difficult and dirty apartment that needed a team to sanitize and deep clean after my tenants of two years moved out. I met with the owner, Alon, at my apartment and he spent an hour with me going over every detail, pointing out areas to me that I had not even considered to be an issue. He was very patient and assured me that all would be taken care of down to the last detail. I also appreciated that they do not use any harsh chemicals in their cleaning so I would not have to smell strong fumes when I moved in. In addition, after I moved in, Alon sent a couple of guys back to go over some areas that needed additional work. If you are looking for a professional company that pays close attention to fine detail and will get your job done, look no further! I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again. read more

i have been using all bright for 2 years now and i think its unjust not to share my amazing experience! my first interaction was with the estimator that came on time, was polit and very knowledgeable; the pricing was competeive so i decided to give it a shot. first project was a post construction deep cleaning on a 6000 SF office , titles , carpets ton of glass walls etc.. all bright came in like a well oiled machine and work till 4am in the morning making me look like a superstar at opening day! i used then again few times to maintain and keep our place in amazing condition. after this kind of professionalism and consistency i decided to let all bright take care of my residence as well, yet again the same quality from the beginning of the process to the cleaning and finishing itself was amazing and felt like a breeze! so hard to find good service provider even harder to find those who constantly deliver A+ execution. i have been a loyal customer for year s now because of those qualities and personal care i get from the office team to the cleaning team. note: dealing with the worker themselves is so incredibly easy and you can feel the care and appreciation they have to the company , it shows in my eyes that not only all bright taking care of its customers as family they do the same to their employees and the result is such great experience, i have never thought that i will meet a bunch of guys coming to work hard all night cleaning a huge project and all of them will do it like it is their own place and with a smile! no matter what curve-balls we throw on them they kept it cool and worked methodically to get the job done and make us feel like its nothing... i am not a customer anymore, i am a client! clients are for life. read more

We just did business with them today and all I can say is when no one else would, Allbright DID. I had another cleaning service come in and look the place over telling me they would charge double the quote and would have to reschedule because it would take two days. Needless to say I told them to take a flying leap and on the suggestion of my Realtor, I called Allbright. I spoke exclusively to Maria they few times I needed to talk to someone and she was a delight to work with. We had the carpets, windows and a general "Move Out" cleaning because we are going to be selling the place asap. I was worried about the carpet but also about the master bath which had bad Hard Water stains and the floor of the shower was stained with RIT Dye (black!). We also have louvered blinds which neither me nor my husband has touched in the 12 years we lived there!! The carpet was more than passable, the blinds are pure white again and best of all.. the master shower stall is almost as good as new! Considering the let down the first place I tired was, I was over joyed at the work they did. Thank you Allbright and Maria for making my home an easy sale! read more

All Bright Services gave us our home back with a fantastic post-renovation cleaning. Our home and everything in it was covered with construction dust. I called the companies with the best reviews and here is why All Bright came out on top - Ben answers every call. (Some companies didn't even have voice mail). Calls were followed up with emails. I was given an estimate over the phone by all companies but All Bright insisted on a site visit as well to give a fair and thorough estimate. I even had a long conversation with the company owner about realistic expectations for the amount of money I had budgeted for the job. Then the "dream team" showed up - Mike, Linda, Jasmine, Jamek, and Kimani. They were fast (but not rushed), efficient, careful, trustworthy, and obviously took pride in their work. Professional industrial cleaning is not cheap but well worth the money to maintain a healthy home. All Bright uses products that are environmentally friendly and safe for everything they touch. My home looks great, smells great, and feels great. read more

Definitely a GENUINE 5 star! All tough the quote might sound pricy at first, is totally worth the money! I booked a deep cleaning for my new apartment and they left everything like new, addressed all the problems I mentioned and even details I did not notice, moved stove and fridge and cleaned behind them, as well as inside all the appliances. Did not leave anything out, they cleaned even the all the light switches, came and left on time and used vinegar based soap for the kitchen so it is safe for everyone! Definitely recommend the service for all the clean freaks like me!! read more
