I would not recommend this service given that they did not perform the services we had agreed on. See below for more details. I also have photos/videos of the apartment they didn't clean plus emails showing that I did indeed set up a cleaning with them. Timeline of events: SETUP - I call them to set up a cleaning of a 3 bedroom/1,000sqft apartment - They specified that they had a 3 hour minimum, have two "technicians" and brought all supplies - We agreed for a Sunday at noon timeframe for arrival - I also asked for a copy of their insurance in case the building required it - Up to this point they have been responsive and professional DAY OF CLEANING - Day of the cleaning, I get a call from the cleaners saying they are on their way - The doormen call me to confirm that I scheduled a cleaning and that the cleaners are there - The cleaners call me 3 hours in saying "We've cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and living room. What would you want next?" so I ask them to vacuum the bedrooms - Don't hear anything after that so I assume they were done and headed home DAY AFTER - I check on the apartment - Bedrooms were not vacuumed - They claim that they mop the floors but the floors were filthy - Bathrooms had not been cleaned at all as evidenced by dust all over the bathroom - I don't have a before and after but my best guess is that they did not do any cleaning at all - I called the main number and spoke to someone who said that this was not acceptable, they would speak to the owner and get right back to me. - I also emailed to say that they were in breach of of their agreement Two weeks later, no contact of any kind (phone or email) read more

When a 1 day repair job on my bathroom ended up taking a week and left construction dust on every possible surface in my apartment, All Bright saved me. Joe was amazing - super clear on costs, answering all of my questions, making recommendations - just so straightforward and transparent - and quickly had a team scheduled to clean my apartment to make it habitable again. Mike was the cleaning crew lead, he arrived on time and came in to assess the job and give his team an overview and direction. Jimek and Linda were the cleaning crew and honestly, in 4.5 hours somehow managed to get rid of every speck of dust and cleaned areas I hadn't even thought of (including my windows - inside and out). They were careful, thorough, fast and efficient, and by the time they left, my apartment was spotless and even cleaner than before construction started! Another bonus - they bring their own supplies. Most of their products are green (white vinegar based) and they also have HEPA-filter vacuums and air filters if needed. So not only is the apartment spotless, it doesn't have that overwhelming smell of chemicals that tends to linger after a deep clean. Payment is easy - you can pay online or via check, so you have your options. I hired All Bright to di post construction cleaning on my 3 story Brooklyn brownstone. They quoted me $9,058 and promised it would be perfect. After 9 months of construction, I wanted white glove service and 100% assurance of cleanliness so I went with them and gave them a 50% deposit of cash up front. I showed them how the brand new Pella windows worked and got them settled in. While I was away at work, they did very little cleaning no one room was clean in fact and I came home at 4:45pm to the 4 of them standing angrily in my hallway. Thye called me three times in my way there because they all wanted to leave at 4:30pm on the first day of a three day $9k job and they were worried that I would be there late. Upstairs I found a huge mess, and one window pulled down from the top and left open in the rain. I called them up and they announced my windows (which were perfect when I left that morning) were "installed wrong". If I hadn't come to check on them, they would have left my window open like that with the rain pouring in. When I said, of course they were installed correctly, they started screaming at me. And I mean screaming at me, calling me a bitch. I called my window guy and he talked me through pulling it down and back into place to un-jam it. Additionally, during this day of not cleaning and jamming my new window and leaving it to flood, my contractor was there doing work in the basement. He said these cleaners sat on my front stairs smoking weed and wouldn't stop or move away from the property when he asked them to. And then they had a huge screaming argument amongst themselves in the street over money regarding a different job. Once again they would not work and they would not move away from the property. I have lived in NYC for 30 years and owned two properties here in that time and have NEVER hired a company so incompetent, unprofessional and insane. Let alone with mercenary pricing. read more

I can't even begin to explain how amazing and easy this experience was for me. I was in a panic and needed to get graffiti removed asap to do a showing of the building. I called and spoke to Joe whom is just a complete Angel and literally listened to me vent and then helped me get the order done asap. I had such a difficult situation from beginning to end and they handled it like a pro! They even were accommodating with my insane schedule !!!! Not to mention they sent one of the BEST out to do the job! All I gotta say is Ask for Mike!!!! I had an extremely difficult case of graffiti to remove since it was several dark colors and the graffiti had been on there for months! I was nervous but Mike reassured me it was all going to be ok. Run this business is a scam! I called and asked if they could do a post construction cleanup for a one bedroom apartment and they agreed that they would need two people to come in and cleanup for 130 per hour on a three hour minimum. The person on the phone really sold me,telling me they would bring all this equipment in including ceiling brushes hepa vacs and everything to do the job properly. It sounded amazing. I was desperate so I agreed. They showed up on time and their district manager Alon came along with them. I told him I could afford do the three hours and then we would see if we needed to maybe add one more hour to get the job done.He came in and assessed the apartment and said it might take more time to get the job done but not how much more. He pointed out to the two men what was needed and then he took off letting me know he was only ten minutes away if I needed to get in touch with him. Two hours later I checked to see the progress and I was shocked that they were still working on the same shelving area in my kitchen and I got worried and so I tried contacting him. He wouldn't answer his phone or reply to any of his texts. I called the company office and they tried contacting him. He finally called back half an hour later and I explained that he needed to come back asap! He said it would be another 15 minutes till he could be back which turned almost into another hour. Btw one of the two guys took a 20 minute break after asking me where he could go buy lottery tickets. I asked his colleague where he went and he told me he needed a break from all the dust. Long story short after three hours they did nothing but the shelves and I told them I wasn't going to pay almost 400 dollars for the lack of work that they did in my apartment. I still ended up giving them 150 and they quickly accepted and pact up to leave my place still covered in dust. He tried to convince me that the work they did was worth the total price and kept trying to shake my hand. I couldn't write my check fast enough after he said I was being a prick. Please do not give your money to these people. Run from them they will scam you for money too! I ended up paying them 25 dollars an hour each for something I could've done in 30 minutes! I booked a deep cleaning for my new apartment and they left everything like new, addressed all the problems I mentioned and even details I did not notice, moved stove and fridge and cleaned behind them, as well as inside all the appliances. I had another cleaning service come in and look the place over telling me they would charge double the quote and would have to reschedule because it would take two days. Needless to say I told them to take a flying leap and on the suggestion of my Realtor, I called Allbright. We had the carpets, windows and a general "Move Out" cleaning because we are going to be selling the place asap. I was worried about the carpet but also about the master bath which had bad Hard Water stains and the floor of the shower was stained with RIT Dye (black!). We also have louvered blinds which neither me nor my husband has touched in the 12 years we lived there!! The carpet was more than passable, the blinds are pure white again and best of all.. the master shower stall is almost as good as new!
