It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. The oven still had oil residue, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dusty, windows had cobwebs, and even the dishwasher and microwave exterior were dirty. Kitchen counters still had brown residue that came off when wiped. Bathrooms were not deep-scrubbed at all, there was still visible grime and rust inside the cabinets. There was no communication from the company when the cleaner arrived or left, no photos of the work, and no follow-up... just a charge for a service that clearly wasn't delivered. We reached out multiple times requesting a refund. This experience left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful move. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
