Their prep & form work was very shoddy and they were not going to reenforce their concrete with any substrate such as wire mesh or rebar. We fired them before any concrete was poured. They are NOT insured and have no full time employees except the principle Antonio. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Once we got the visual planning and measurements going I was having trouble conveying my thoughts and understanding the logistics of Brayden's response and after the third or so go around on excavating vs retaining wall heights he got frustrated and said this isn't the job for him and left. I feel really bad about upsetting him so much but at the same time I feel like he lacked the patience to see past an initial misunderstanding, followed up by an earnest attempt by me trying to understand the logistics of the project that I was asking about. He even went on to say I was disrespecting him for stating that it may just have been a large undertaking. I meant no disrespect I just meant to express my ignorance in the field and I was trying to make light of the fact that I'm no expert and I don't know the feasibility of what I'm asking for. 1 star for making me feel 2 inches tall and storming off on me for having trouble understanding Braden his inability to remain patient and walk me through it or just put it on the back burner and say I can show you what I mean later in the design if you wish to proceed. Edit: Saying that my leaving a 1 star review to damage Prestige's reputation is removing responsibility from yourself damaging their reputation. When you are wearing a uniform you a representing a company in all of your actions, especially how you present yourself. 1 star for Braiden = 1 star for Prestige.

Ofa was the crew supervisor, when he came over to give an estimate he explained everything they would do including trimming some tree roots once the old concrete was demolished. He was patient, courteous and answered all of my questions. They finished the demo in the morning and the concrete was poured that afternoon. The walk was brushed to a beautiful texture and the seams are even with the existing pavement. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend H2Oregon.

Really poor communication! In March 2026, we signed a contract with 4-Belt to do some sidewalk…read morerepair mandated by the city. On the day Tulanga was supposed to start, no one showed up. I waited a few days and then contacted him. "Oh - family emergency, we will start next week." Next week comes by and still no one comes. I wait a few days again and contact him again. "Oh - I injured my foot - next week for sure." I wait for the next week and again no one shows up. I wait a few days and contact him. "Oh - my foot is still injured - but next week for sure." Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.
