I recently purchased a home that was badly in need of some gutters along with some siding and…read moresoffits. I had multiple companies come out for their evaluations and estimates. Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The estimate that I received from Joe wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but due to Joe's attention to detail it is what made me decide to go with Jon's Seamless Gutters. I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did and will recommend Jon's Seamless Gutters to anyone that asks me.

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin from start to finish…read more We had a leak showing up in our laundry room and were having a tough time figuring it out since it wasn't happening when we were doing laundry and it only happened certain times when it rained, not all the time. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. So I researched around for someone and came across the reviews for McToolman. Kevin was quick to respond, set up an initial consultation that worked with our schedules, and send us a quote. We were fine with the quote and scheduled for Kevin to make the fix. Kevin came as scheduled and made the repair very quickly. We have had no issues since and appreciate the great job we received in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kevin with McToolman!

At first ABC seemed like a great value.. low cost of installation for new gutters and guards…read more Unfortunately, now that some time passed, the craftsmanship and quality are not holding up. When contacted, ABC decided to deflect and blame the roof (keep in mind no issue for years before the change in gutters) as the issue. Upon requesting them to come out and take a look to fix the issue they responded it would come at a cost.. which I agreed is fine. After several attempts to get someone onsite to diagnose and repair the issue they stopped responding to me. I've since asked other professionals to review and diagnose the issue. As one can see from the photos, a drainage issue was created by installing the gutter guard under the shingle and above the drip edge which created a bump/gap and does not allow water to roll down into the gutter. The issue is exacerbated now that it's had a few years to present itself as shown by the dark staining on the plywood. I now must pay out of pocket to fix the issue at a cost equal to or greater than what ABC originally charged me for installation of all new gutters.

He assisted me with the process and provided proof and explanation to ensure the roof was properly taken care of. He even reinforced parts of the roof and used the best version of the mats and shingles to ensure it will never leak and last another 20 years easily. The roof is now a beautiful Fox Hollow Gray and I am not having nightmares of the roof caving in anymore. Thank you so much Jose and XRoofing team for your kindness, care, and professionalism! We texted & called them to help & they said it would be $3400 to repair it. We posted a negative review & they offered to fix it as they wanted our review to go away. We appreciate them agreeing to fix it at no cost but then their top roofer didn't fix it properly (see video). The owner assured us the job was done right this time but we learned in conversations they did not put flashing on our roof & didn't repair any with the new roof either. Two months after the attempted repair the leaking got worse so we contacted other contractors to assess & learned they just piled up sealant & added a screw (see video). Now we have to pay $6500 to repair it. Mike McNally is ignoring my calls as is his son. We selected them over another roofer & we regret it. No flashing. Just slapping down shingles. Ridiculous. Incompetent. Nice people but this is wrong.
