John performed a pre-drywall inspection for the home we are building. He was very thorough and great to work with. We literally had to reschedule him about 3 or 4 times due to builder supply chain issues. He was very accommodating and able to move his schedule around to be available. We also had our walk through with the builder the next day and needed the report ASAP which he also was able to provide! We very much enjoyed the time he spent with us walking through the house and pointing out potential issues and concerns and would 100% recommend him to anyone else who needed a home inspection! read more

We are Realtors and several of our clients choose to use John for various inspections and all have been incredibly happy with the entire process. This was the first inspection he has done for us personally and another job well done! He is thorough, has a great website and the report is easy to read and understand. You can even build a repair request from the report itself. If you are a home buyer, this is the best money you will ever spend. Highly recommend!!! Jeana and Michael read more

I had J come out to my pre-drywall meeting with my builder to get a second opinion while the "bones" of the house were easily visible. J was very professional, detailed and thorough throughout the whole process and found a few minor things that I sent to the builder to fix before the drywall goes up. I will certainly use him again once the house is built so I can have the utmost confidence that I'm moving into a house that is as mechanically and structurally sound. read more

Our realtor scheduled John for us and we were so fortunate he did! After purchasing five homes, this was, without a doubt, the most comprehensive and easy to understand inspection and report we've ever received. It was worth every penny! The communication before and after was very much appreciated as we are out of town and doing this long distance. His report breakdown allowed us to itemize and prioritize the items in the home that need our attention. read more

We have been in our house 25 years and recently had some reno work done. Jay from In Check Homes came out to do a thorough inspection of the whole house (including crawl space) to ensure that all gas and electric connections were good, among other things, and to see if there were any unknown problems that we need to have addressed. He was very prompt and professional and explained things very well. I would definitely recommend him! read more
