Her inspection was notably different from my first home inspector... Home inspection was thorough and non-disruptive. I was home the whole time and she was quiet and polite when needing to get into my space as I worked. She used a drone to get roof pictures. She went into the attic. Infrared pictures verified that I was just imagining a draft through certain walls. She found at least a dozen things my initial inspector did not. The report was provided same day. The radon report was MUCH better than my prior inspection. She gave me the reading minutes after picking up her equipment. The report also included every reading from the 1 hour intervals so I could see exactly how the level changes over the day. Megan actually talked to us about tips on how to manage certain things in the home and seemed happy to do it. My prior inspector literally didn't plan on talking to us about anything - wanting to say everything would be in the report. Megan is the home inspector I WISH we had hired for the original home inspection... but if you're like us, it's not too late to hire her before your home warranty is up!
