Scott was amazing to work with both professionally and personally. He honestly was a literal life saver!! The home we are living in and renting is the home we had inspected. We assumed we knew most of the issues the house has since we have been living here for 8 months boy were we wrong. Scott found so many things even our contractor missed. But the biggest thing he found was a major gas leak in the pipes leading to our furnace and the furnace itself. It was so bad Nyseg gave 2 red flags to the owner and had to cut off gas to the pipes leading to our furnace. Thank God for Scott I have four children one a toddler and one with severe immune system diseases. He took time to go over everything and gave us advice on what to bring up with the sellers. His report was so thorough my husband and I are still going through it. I would also highly recommend his thermal scanning because he found a area in my daughters room with 30 % moisture in the wall and ceiling which is not good. The maintenance guy claimed there was no need to open the spot up and make sure there was no water damage and just patched and painted over it. Now I am able to have it fixed correctly and not worry about mold spreading. You never know what's behind the walls. Thermal imaging was so worth my piece of mind especially since so many health problems correlate with mold exposure. I honestly could go on and on about how pleased we are with Scott's inspection report. He checked every nook and cranny so we know what to expect and to plan for in the future. All I can say is we will use Scott for every home we look at and refer him to our family and friends.
