When I first starting using them 5 years ago they were great. They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If yelp would allow it I would give them zero stars.

I had A LOT of bids for this project because I needed it to be done right... I live on a hill and had a water problem that needed a real solution, and my neighbor recently had a drain put in that immediately clogged and doesn't work. Eric's plan made the most sense and was in alignment with my research on what I needed. Some of the other contractors wanted to put in a 2' deep drain, but my water problem went deeper (there's a 5' crawlspace under my porch where water was pouring into). He correctly moved the water out to the side of the house, (combined my gutter into it), and all the way down the hill emptying into a flatter area and into a gravel pit. So far, it's working great and I'm very pleased.

We then went to plan B, which was to install a new underground pipe with a "popup" to disperse the water onto the driveway. The installation looks very good, but the true test will come when we have a heavy rainstorm. The reason why I gave only 4 stars was because of their arrival time. They had an arrival window of 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm but they showed up just after 10:00 am! Fortunately, we were available at that time (and not out walking the dog). My experience with most contractors is that they will call or text to let you know when they're on the way and give you an ETA - I received neither. Again, the quality of their work appears top-notch, but the lack of timely communication should be addressed.
