I did purchase a block for a local HS T-shirt. Then came a call to add a sponsor Tag. I advised, as a nonprofit, it would need Board Approval. The Sales person stated I could hold this with no payment until presented to the board. The board did NOT approve. Now All-American publishing is demanding payment. Not happening. All American Publishing contacted us saying they were going to print shirts for the boy's basketball team and we were interested because the price was attractive for the number of shirts they claimed were going to be printed. The school contacted us saying it was a scam and the local news organizations also ran a story saying the same thing. If I could give them a ZERO star I would. This company reached out to me about advertising that benefitted the school. My daughter was a varsity cheerleader so I was all in. After agreeing to advertising, I received ZERO communication from them. They went on to "print" my ad (without even letting me proof the ad) and sent me a bill. No asking about ANY of my branding. I asked for a proof of print and what they sent me didn't have my logo or my (which is recognizable in my community) my font. It DID NOT represent my business AT ALL! I sent a letter with a response with my concerns, my logo, and all they kept sending me was a bill for $400. They want that much for a LACK of service and not even using my proper branding. Now they sent me to collection... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

All American Publishing is a fraudlently business reaching out to businesses asking them to support their local school district. None of the money, or even shirts, go to the schools. They pretend you agreed to things you didn't agree to. They lie about what you're getting. It's all a sham. They told me it was to support the local basketball team. I asked for them to send me the info. Weeks later I received an email I hadn't noticed that basically said here's the proof we created from your online profiles, if we don't hear from you we're moving forward. No contract. No meeting of the minds. Nothing. By the time I noticed the email it was already past the date. Whatever. They had no contract with me. An email saying "if you don't reject it you agree" does not a contract make. This is the first time I have a company name, so I did some research and realized it was a scam company. I received two t-shirts. They were band shirts not basketball shirts. Then the bills started coming. I ignored it. They had no contract. Then they call the store again looking for support for Havehill High. My manager tells them I'm not available to call back. Instead they send me an email invoice thanking us for supporting Haverhill High. I replied that no one agreed to anything and that I had the recording of my manager telling them to call back. Telling them to stop billing me, etc. It's been over a month and other than an automated "we are experiencing high email volumes, we'll get back to you shortly" response, we have not heard anything. So I decided to contact the school directly. They informed me they do not get a penny from them and have been trying to stop them for years. Screenshot attached. So now, with all the evidence I have, I will be contacting the attorney general and every business that was on the shirts. Scamming small businesses out of money they were only giving up to support their local school sports teams is a new level of scummy. Time for a class action? Come on people. This business is a joke. They call you until you have to get nasty with them; and demand they stop calling you. And because their ego is hurt and they obviously aren't getting what they want.. they take it upon themselves to publish something in your name and then have the nerve to send you to collections! The purchase was NOT Authorized, and on top of it they didn't even spell our company name right! If you're going to say a purchase was Authorized- at least double check to make sure their company name is spelled right LOL! What a joke. Run.. Run fast away from these scam artists. There are several problems with this company, A lot of "confusion" occurs due to a bunch of "soft" lies told. "Your ad is on a beautiful color poster" - true but your ad is printed black and white on a color poster. "Approve this ad this week, it's going to print soon" - Call their customer service, it may not be going to print for over a month! "This helps you local school" Find out if that school is even getting money from this, All American has to pay itself first, and it's costs are substantial. The company gets businesses to support us. They provide us with fall sports posters and t-shirts, as well as proceeds from the businesses. The t-shirts always go over well (we get 2 sets of 100 each year) and of course, the money from the ad sales is always welcome. read more

I was hesitant when I got the call, but I am so glad I listened. What an outstanding business model they have. Our students don't mind the sponsors on the back of their shirts. Athletic teams across the country have been sponsored for their uniforms since the dawn of time. The customer service is 2nd to none. Jessie is so accommodating and thorough. Their product is a good quality product. But the best part is they are helping schools like mine fund-raise for worthy causes. I can't say enough good things about them. Update: We informed them we would NOT be authorizing the proof for advertising or sending payment BEFORE the material was printed. The owner was never contacted as they told me on the phone during the first call. They went ahead and published the material anyway. They keep sending invoices to which I send back copies of the emails that were sent before printing. No one responds to the mail or the emails and they just sent us to collections. Don't work with this company, they are not providing any value to the schools they work with. This business cold called me to support the Sonoma Valley High School Sports Dept. through a t-shirt campaign. To put my company name on the shirt was $169, I do no retail advertising and this was only enticing to help the school. I got the bill for it a week or so later and decided to call the Sonoma High School to confirm that this was lagit. I got the head of the sports department and was told that this company did not coordinate this with the school, gives the school ZERO dollars and that I should NOT PAY. I didn't pay, and now they are threatening to send me to collections. They did confirm when pressed that "it is possible that the school may get zero percent of the fee," that was after my repeated questioning and having told them that the school had told me not to pay. read more

I have been working with All-American Publishing for my boys high school soccer team that I coach in CT, and they are great! I have been working with them for 3 years, and every year they deliver on their promise. They work on getting us sponsors for our team t-shirts, and put our team logo on the front with local business sponsors on the back. We get over 100 free shirts every year, which we then sell at our games for fundraising. They do all the work of getting sponsorships, which is a huge task that we do not have time to do. They are always great with communication, and have always delivered our shirts on time and as promised. Would highly recommend for any high school sports team looking for similar partners for fundraising. read more

Proceed with caution. They cold called me yesterday around 2:30pm and proceeded to call me another 7 times in the last 24 hours. I asked which school they represent and was provided a contract dated 2012. When I asked for a contract for the current school year, I was told that their contract lasts four years. (ha!) We supported our local High School for several years through American Publishing for the fall season sports poster. They became very aggressive the 3rd year trying to bait us into other promotional items they provide to the high school. I was very disappointed in the philosophy this company puts on their employees. They began calling multiple times a day - one day they actually called 12 times. After many false promises and then the excessive calling and pushing I asked to be removed from ALL communications. I am thankful for our phone service and that we have recordings of our communications. After three requests to be removed they still call and harass us. I believe I will seek legal council at this point to get the issue handled properly. read more
