For a week prior to the date that I needed it, I must have asked dozens of screen printers (whether online or in the boise area) if they could print my design. and NONE of them were willing, except for idaho screen print. I was totally beside myself to learn from all of the other shops that it would take them 1-3 weeks to print just one shirt.. and the ones who were able to work a little faster required a minimum purchase of 12+ shirts. On the day before the date that I needed the shirt, I had just a small speck of fading hope left that I might miraculously find some place that would be willing to answer to my request. And lo and behold, I found idaho screen print! Hallelujah! Not only did they have fantastic communication with me about it, they jumped right into 'hyper speed work mode' for me, simply out of the kindness of their heart! I have to admit, I fully expected them to turn me down, in part because I had already heard dozens of "no's," but also because I was asking them to complete my print in less than 4 hours!! Them agreeing to work on my shirt ALONE is just amazing! But on TOP of that, he was so generous to give me a huge and unnecessary discount. I am totally blown away by how kind and "people-oriented" they are. their lives and their business are driven by love and that's made very evident in the way that they selflessly put others before themselves. I was curious and decided to give them a go. Initially I emailed them...several times. With no response. And I got frustrated and began researching other places that could do some embroidery on shirts for me. One day I was out driving to a client's house and literally went right by the place; on my way home I decided to stop. I went in and spoke with Devin, explaining that I'd emailed previously and not gotten any responses. Both he and the owner seemed to know the email address I'd used so I'm not sure what happened there. Either way, I asked for some pricing on shirts and possibly to have a decal done for my back window. Pricing was very reasonable, with a $60 embroidery setup fee and $10 per item I wanted embroidered (I supplied my own blanks). I can't remember what the decal cost was because it's been months now, but clearly I thought it was a good price because I had it done. I went back and forth with Devin via email asking for some tweaks on the design; he was very patient as he worked with me. I had it installed and it didn't take long at all. Unfortunately, neither he nor I caught the fact that "aggression" was spelled wrong and I've been driving around for MONTHS with it that way on my car. Now I'm a little red in the face but hey, don't judge my training skills by my ability to proofread :D I contacted Devin and he told me to just come on in and he would fix it. I have yet to do so, but I'm confident he'll make good on it. Thus far he's done everything he said he would and I will likely continue doing business with him. OH!!! The absolute best part ever?!?! Ever ever ever?!?! KIRBY IS A DOG!! The company is named after a dog! And that dog is AT THE SHOP! He greets everyone at the door and wanders around while you hang out waiting for your work to be done. I would continue coming here JUST FOR THAT REASON! :D
