Too expensive. $46 for a single jacket…read more Quality and reliability is good. But the prices are ridiculous. They don't publish a menu and don't tell you the price up front. They said this coat cost $46 because it "had a lot of hair." So they have some opaque variable pricing system. Be prepared for surprises! Next time, I'll just spend a couple minutes running over my coat with a lint roller and save the $46.

I cannot describe how utterly disappointed and extremely disgusted I am at the service I received…read morefrom this dry-cleaning establishment. After many years *Decades* of patronizing this business and being quite happy with the service, I had a major problem with a coat that I picked up last March. I brought it home and stored it for the next year, as I always do when I season out my clothes, and that particular coat. This time when I took my coat out to wear in early December or late November, I noticed that the fake fur on two areas of it was blunt, short and looked like it had too much heat to the area so the fur shriveled up. One side was extremely shorter and I said to her it looks like it was cut. Not saying that's what they did but how it looked. The long pointy tips and fluff to the fur was gone. To make this awful story short, I brought it in, showed the owner and she met me with no responsibility what so ever ! She excitedly told me that they don't cut ! I said, I would not think you did, and did not say you did, but look at the difference from the fur area that was not compromised, and pointed to the area where it was blunt and short, and said it probably melted, when maybe the steam or whatever they cleaned with got too hot. She denied while repeatedly saying, "we don't cut!" She was extremely defensive. I told her I had photos of how it was, she then said it was the way I stored it ! Putting the blame back on me ! So she suggested I leave it with her, I could pick it up 3 days later, they would brush it out ! BRUSH WHAT OUT !!!!!??? It was shorter, there was not anything to brush out to make it match the areas that did not change. And frankly, I tried that at home to no avail. She was becoming so hysterical, and defensive and not taking any responsibility on the obviously damaged garment that it did not make me feel any better. I could tell there would be no compensation or apology on their mistake, so I became upset, plus there was another waiting customer. It was becoming embarrassing ! So VERY disappointed ! NEVER have I received such horrid customer service ! Ha ! and I even paid for the dry cleaning I picked up before we discussed my coat so I was not out for monetary compensation. I don't know what I really wanted, but I know it wasn't to feel bad, or made to feel like there was nothing that they did wrong at the very poor drycleaning hack job on a coat I loved that was not their mistake when they were the last to have it. I should have been more defensive and upset, not the business owner, who really made me feel awful ! Finally I took it back and said forget it, you're obviously not going to accept responsibility or any type of compensation, and your lack of control is upsetting, she said, "ok" OK ?!!! Obviously they don't need or want my business. And that's OK. I believe in Karma ! Oh, and by the way, I took it to another dry cleaner asked if they could brush it out, and would that help-- HAHAHA no. AND by the way, they told me what probably happened and IT WAS THE MISTAKE OF THE CLEANERS ! Of course it was ! My Michael Kors coat IS destroyed. Photos will come ! Beware, It's good at this establishment until it isn't. smh SMH ZERO STARS BECAUSE THIS SITUATION WAS APPALLING and NASTY !

One even had to have a rather groovy hem! PERFECT! Did I mention I am short? Did I mention I cannot hem both legs straight for love or money? Well, THEY CAN AND THEY ROCKED IT! By the by, they are also very kind and very professional! Yes, this is a little (forgive me) hole-in-the-wall place on 41st in Everett, right near the McDonald's and kind of close to the Safeway. I realize everyone uses their phone for directions, but you won't see some big flashing sign; I'm just saying. AND their prices are more than reasonable! They are clearly very busy, so they must make a lot of people happy, not just me. No, they may not be able to get your alterations done as quickly as they did mine, but I will assure you this is the only place I will be taking anything that needs to be altered or dry-cleaned! Then I tried to stitch it on my home sewing machine, but the slippery stretchy fabric kept bunching up because the hemline was curved. So I decided to try having it hemmed at Country Cleaners. The young man at the front counter thought it would not be possible to keep the curve, but suggested that they could do a straight hem. I was okay with this as I needed it hemmed. To my surprise when I picked it up the stitching for the new hem looked just like the original stitching and the curved hem was kept! The price for the alteration was $26 and I'm thrilled with the results!

I brought in a pair of pants for tailoring and was given a price and an expected turnaround time of approximately two weeks. At no point was I told that there would be an additional charge for completing the tailoring earlier. The pants were ready one day ahead of the expected timeframe, yet I was charged an additional fee because the order was classified as a "rush." When I questioned the charge, I was told that if I wanted to pay the original price I had been quoted, I would need to leave the pants there and return the following day to collect them. I found this both unreasonable and disappointing, particularly as I had never requested rush service or agreed to an additional charge. What concerned me most was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging that the additional fee had not been communicated in advance, the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I am always happy to pay fairly for good work and good service, but I expect pricing to be communicated clearly before additional charges are added. Sadly, this experience fell well short of that standard, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
