As a first-time customer and a single mom veteran, I wanted to share a more detailed experience…read more During my visit, I purchased basic starter items and supplies, and my total came close to $300. At checkout, I was informed that purchases of this size do not qualify for a veteran discount, which was unexpected and not clearly communicated beforehand. The store environment is clean, organized, and very nice visually, making it a pleasant place to browse. However, the pricing on many essential items--particularly beginner supplies and fish--seems noticeably higher compared to other local options. For someone just starting out, the cost can add up quickly without clear value advantages. It would be helpful if the store provided more transparency around discount policies and offered better pricing or starter bundles for beginners. While the shopping experience itself is positive, the overall value for the price paid may not meet expectations for budget-conscious customers.

One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. Great, but was it because I spent allot of money? The last time I went I just needed 2 5gallon jugs of saltwater, I felt like no one wanted to even acknowledge that I walked in with the jugs and then when they got filled no one offered to help me to my car. The service tech said, "that wasn't like that," yet he had just serviced this pristine tank 30 min prior. He called his boss and told them my tank was in amazing shape and that all silicone was in great shape as well (I have a recording of that). I also have him saying that he couldn't fix it right then and there bc he's in salary (but thought it was ok to leave my brace hanging in the water). He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

The prices are reasonable for the small items, though for the bigger items the price can get ridiculous. A section for cats, dogs, fishes, and other small babies. A health and wellness aisle too. PetsMart doesn't have homemade pick and slash cookies. Self wash is only $10--it provides you with a good bonding time with your son/daughter. The scale close by too. I'm liking this spot.
