They tore some things out so when I do have a fire, usually duraflame, some of the smoke leaks out into the room. Bryan arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and explained the whole process of cleaning and expecting my fireplace. That caused the pool solar to spray water toward the chimney. The mortar was falling apart in some places too, so water could potentially leak in through the sides of the chimney.
