We have used Hoosier Closets for three separate closet/storage areas in our home (slowly remodeling…read morean old house), and I can't speak highly enough to the level of service or to the quality of the organizational systems they install. Skip and Jonie came to our house each time, measured, looked at the space, and then sat down with us in our dining room with a laptop and asked questions about our preferences and needs. Jonie created a sketch on her laptop in about 10 minutes, and after I reviewed it and asked for a few changes, she tweaked it and had us ready to go for an estimate. Their installers were back at our house a week later and had the whole system installed in an afternoon. The whole experience is fast, not nearly as expensive as you'd think (especially when you start adding up the cost of all the comparable parts and shelving you'd need from somewhere like The Container Store), and personalized. And Skip and Jonie are really friendly and accommodating. We have two more closets that still need overhauling and we will be calling Hoosier Closets again without hesitation.

Jessica did a rendering based on what we said we wanted, but then she came to the house to make sure everything looked good. Her customer service was excellent, and I loved how much she listened and suggested for us. We ended up not going for the main bedroom closet, but when I had the idea of redoing our pantry, we reached back out to Hoosier Closets/Jessica. We had her create a few different options for us, and she did come over to finalize our ideas in their platform (which is awesome, by the way - amazing 3D viewing and they can make changes on the fly quickly). We had another company come out to do our due diligence. Their price was a bit cheaper, but the options were less. They also drew all of the renderings on a piece of graph paper (which I appreciate), but that made it very difficult to visualize. After confirming with Hoosier Closets we wanted to move forward with them, we were on their schedule in about 2 weeks. It took them less than 3 hours to remove the shelving and install everything. They did explain to us about having to repaint the holes they filled in from the shelving, but we didn't expect to see as many as we did...which was just a "miss" on our part. You can see the before and after pictures with this review! If we decide to do the main bedroom closet, we will 100% go with Inspired Closets.

On my moving day, Mark and Ryan arrived timely and were absolutely the best. I couldn't have asked for two better guys! We first walked through my house so they had an idea of my possessions. Then they got to work! They were friendly and very efficient, but also made sure all of my things were well-protected. When we arrived at the destination, they asked me how I wanted the furniture arranged and made sure to carefully stack the remaining boxes where I wanted them placed. They quickly reassembled my bed, as well. I was sent the final invoice via email at the completion of my move, and was able to conveniently pay online. It was an even better price than I'd expected! This was truly the easiest move I've ever made thanks to Move Indy. Highly recommend them!

So often when we have had cleaners in the past, the team was so large that I felt like I couldn't tell who to really go to...like who was in the drivers seat to address concerns? With Monica, it's super easy because you are always just working with her as the contact. We used Monica for a deep clean. Now, in full disclosure, she isn't cheap BUT this is good. Let me just say, she cleans in areas that I didn't even know I had! I knew that getting a "deep clean" meant a thorough cleaning but it seems like I could eat directly off of every single surface in my house (even the shoe shelf was immaculate). I had issues with my payment going through electronically and she was so patient with me. She stays on top of it (I can tell she is very organized) but was very understanding of the tech challenges I was having. We couldn't recommend Monica enough!

However, before we purchased, I spoke with a friend at work and shared my displeasure with the lack of help that I received as my husband and I shopped. My coworker referred us to Blakley's and told us to look for Dar. My coworker said that Dar would take care of us. Dar lived up to her reputation! I did not think that Dar would want to bother with us because we wanted to install the flooring ourselves, but she was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing the flooring from Blakley's. It took less than two week for us to receive the materials. The staff placed the flooring, quarter round, and transition pieces in our vehicle. I am glad that we purchased from Blakley's. They not only gave us better customer service, but also a better price than Prosource, the store from which we were originally going to purchase our flooring.
