First thing Monday morning I received a call and minutes later was set up with an appointment later that week. My sales consultant John came out and spent about 4 hours with me. I didn't feel rushed. He asked a lot of questions to better understand how I move in my closet, how much time I spend in there, which clothes I used more than others etc. then I left him in there to take measurements. To my surprise he wasn't just measuring the space but he also took measurements of my clothes to see how many long hanging items I have, how many shoes, purses etc. he even took measurements of the chest of drawers ti make sure the items in there would fit in my new space. That level of detail made me very confident that this was going to be a great experience and a great turn out! Fast forward about a month and a half and I have my dream closet! The entire crew from sales to installation was perfect! I can't stop telling my friends to call them! Oh and one other thing from a pricing perspective, I received 1 other quote which I won't name here but they were half the cost.

I needed additional work space for my desktop computer system, working papers, cabinets for my cameras and other hobbies, and places for tools and supplies. California Closets gave me a beautiful design and a reasonable price. They asked for half-down and half on delivery and allowed me to pay by credit card. Febrication took just over a month, and the installer arrived exactly when promised. The installer was not only punctual, but also very kind, competent and helpful.
