Asked about our wants needs and desires. She gave us SO MANY unique ideas that were practical and functional. She prevented us from making mistakes and offered great suggestions for what we were trying to accomplish. Catherine and Alex managed the design, measuring and installation coordination. Installation was a dream. We reviewed the designs countless times to make sure everything was designed to perfection. The installation team paid so much attention to every little detail. Alex was here the day the cabinets arrived and installation started, and Catherine came the next day to check the progress.Every cabinet is perfectly level, and every little nailhead was filled in with perfect color match. I do a lot of cooking and canning and this kitchen is my dream come true. It is absolutely beautiful and completely functional. I have a place for everything. The price was very very fair considering it's a 23.5 foot wide kitchen with one wall of cabinet cabinets, a 15' x 4' deep island, a beverage center that is 4' x 18", a balustrade that is 8 foot wide designed by an artist, all the wood trim for the windows and door in the entire Great Room, and a bathroom vanity and linen closet door. "I say this earnest. And honest. I took over 1hr of my time actually quoting in home. A LOT of that Due to understand 3rd party. And It took 3 gallons of gas. Over 1 hr of drive time. Additionally waiting outside home to meet 30 minutes late. I kindly request what should never happen. I wasted my time. These are my words. It is not about the gas the drive time it's about that somebody contacted me. That wasn't there. That makes excuses for the person that wasn't there on time that I implicitly understand makes decisions. This was sad and earnest. I work for professional people that do what they say. These include Fortune 500 CEOs professional athletes and extremely correct neurosurgeons that make way more money. And I Chose to show up exactly on time for our appointment. I don't usually respond this way but ... Follow up. I promise you my response was honest. You can feel free to engage me and actually question my reply However I will not engage your proxy. When we met Holly and saw the cabinet options Chateau had to offer, it was a certain decision. Holly Blevins is an amazing designer who is fun to work with. The kitchen was my wife's project. She and Holly worked so well together syncing up on design ideas. Holly kept our decisions in-budget and on-time. She is simply amazing! When it came to our general contractor working with the construction crew at Chateau, our GC said they were very good to work with. From my perspective, they worked as a united team. It was easy to work with Chateau. They sell excellent products with many choices to fit any person's taste. They came to our house in the beginning, took measurements, talked to us about the process. We agreed upon the cost. Got things ordered and started the project. There was great communication throughout the project. We always felt that Chateau had our back and that our project was important to them. They cared that we would get the kitchen we wanted and that it was designed in a way that we would continue to enjoy it. There is an extra service you can elect to pay for related to design. We did pay for this. It allows the designer to keep helping throughout the project. Some people may not want this and if that is you, you can elect not to have it. My suggestion is to get it. Once the project started and we needed to make decisions, Holly was with us every step of the way helping with the decisions when we needed her. The service was highly valuable. More than once my wife and I said that we were so glad we had the extra design service. After a year, the kitchen is still great. I worked with Kayley Vargo, (one of the interior designers there who I also knew from the commercial design community), on how to make my bathroom dream a reality. Her patience, skill, and creativity made her a perfect advocate for my design needs. Kayley helped me figure out the best use of a challenging space and was incredibly helpful when working with me on finding the best products to use, etc. She and I had an absolute blast designing the space!! From there, I had an amazing project manager, Bill Cundiff, who "held my hand" through the entire process, was readily available with any questions I had. Bill truly went above and beyond for my project. Without his knowledge and expertise, I doubt this project would've gone as smoothly as it did. In addition to Bill, all the tradespeople who worked on my project were wonderful as well. Their attention to detail and skill was very apparent in the finished result. In the end, I have only amazing things to say about ACo. They were a dream to work with and the bathroom I have now is even better than I could've imagined. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

Our circuit blew and he dealt with my disheveled self not knowing where our circuit box lurked, and that I didn't know our A/C was driven by the same fuse. Things got hot quick but that didn't stop him. Lebowski Lebowski says, "that rug really tied the room together, man." Well, "this clean carpet really ties this house together." The business owner's last name is Edge. That makes sense. Yeah, you know why... he has an edge on his competitors. I never considered cleaning my carpet other than on move in & out or emergencies. Because of this awesome job, this just might be a twice a year thing.
