This is such a relief versus the IKEA near me which is in Schaumburg Illinois. Glad to say we found almost everything we needed. However, their own systems were having a glitch with their inventory and availability, as well as checking out hence the four stars. But we were very lucky to meet an employee who was super helpful in getting us an item that the system had a glitch on. She also admitted that the system was having a glitch, so it was not my imagination. We also went to the food court, of course and the food was delicious. I'll be at not necessarily hot, but there is a microwave in the seating area where you can heat up your food. Also disappointing about the food area was that I didn't actively see anyone cleaning all the tables and chairs and on this particular day, an employee confirmed they had officially run out of napkins. This IKEA, although is a little bit smaller than I'm used to is fantastic because for a Saturday afternoon to not have to fight crowds is such a relief!!!!

They have just about everything there for the entire home. The layout basically takes you through the whole store and it feels almost like a maze, but you follow through it in one direction. However, if you look carefully, there are shortcuts between sections. I enjoy the journey, so I got my steps in! There's service counters available around different parts of the store for assistance. They also have little gadgets, gizmos, and treats to add to your cart around there too. I found a sleeve of chocolate cookies for $2! Of course, one must visit the cafe when visiting IKEA. One must get the meatball meal. It's under $10 for a dozen meatballs, mashed potatoes, and peas. It is very delicious and filling. IKEA family members can get free tea or coffee from the cafe, but their coffee machine was down. :( I'm sure I'll be back for more home finishings before too long!

The gentleman who helped us, looked at the part and went back to the stockroom to see if he could find one. And when he could not, he instead removed that same part from the floor display of one of his own water softeners. He said he would then just contact the manufacturer and get a replacement for himself later. But he made sure that we were taken care of. And the price was a whopping $3.62. In addition, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time shopping at Economy Plumbing Supply today, and I am so grateful for this experience, that I'm going out of my way to make sure that I say thank you, and also give a heartfelt recommendation to them.
