Even then, I knew this was the company I wanted to move forward with--and I'm so glad I did. The staff was punctual, efficient, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time as promised, got straight to work, maintained a clean workspace, and wrapped up seamlessly each day. Although a few days of rain extended the timeline slightly, I truly appreciated that they waited for good weather to ensure the work was done right. The new tiles, plaster, and step markers turned out absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations--and my kids are in heaven!

Nathan came to my house within 1 hour, checked my water chemical levels, and taught me about each of them and explained what they do, and how I can correct any issues I'm having. He stayed at my house for 45 minutes teaching me about my pool and how to take care of it in case I end up doing it on my own without his services, and that's good honest business right there! Very helpful, very informative, very kind, and my estimate was the perfect price. Thanks again, 10/10 recommend!

Owner Nate Adame came out to look at our "swamp" and made recommendations; no high pressure sales talk just straight up information. After we hired him, he got right to work and the transformation of our pool is unbelievable!!! The green "shock" treatment worked wonders! Our pool hasn't looked like this for at least 5 years!!! Nate is very dependable, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We recommend Platinum Pro Pool Service without hesitation. Your pool will thank you!! Check out the Before (with former pool company) and After (Platinum Pro hired) pictures. We couldn't even see the bottom of the pool before Nate went to work. He also provides a weekly service report.

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the project, and provided exceptional customer service every step of the way. Marie was also great about keeping us updated on dates and times, which made the entire process even easier. Every contractor and crew member who worked on our pool was professional, friendly, and did excellent work. It was clear that everyone took pride in what they do, and the quality of the finished product reflects that. Our pool turned out even better than we imagined, and we are so grateful to the entire Premier Pools team for making our backyard dream a reality. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project!

They never respond to calls or texts unless it's convenient to them. They went almost a month past project finish date which to me didn't bother me but when you completely ghost a customer, that is totally not okay. Their pool service guy never showed up to teach us how to use the equipment until maybe 2 months the later when I reached out to them. The concrete started spalling everywhere. I understand that concrete cracks but not to a point where it's chipping off. The plaster overspray completely ruined the grout and the company made two attempts to clean it. Still looks awful. My neighbor down the street who wanted to get his pool done by this company is no longer interested after seeing my finished product. I can't even properly pressure wash my concrete because it's chipping away due to the spalling issue. Stay away folks!
