I love that it's got most everything you'd need, but small enough that you get that extra personal touch that one just can't take for granted these days. I'm glad this is so close to my home and hope to be patronizing it for years to come, cause I don't see getting significantly better at returning my own packages.

I was scrambling last minute to find a place to print 150 brochures, and PostaAnnex came through for me. Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. They went above and beyond and I will ONLY be going here from now on. I cannot recommend them enough and so thankful I found them!

Saved me a good amount. I hope me sharing does not get her in trouble with any "boss" types (ie ones that want profit over real customer service) but I appreciate what she did! Got to my house just fine!

I'm an artist and hoped to frequent this print-shop regularly. The process is simple and…read moreuncomplicated when your printing is done with specific-employees. However, the owner's wife is not fluent in English or Eng not being her first language. Simple requests are misunderstood; as she went ahead and proceeded with printing more copies or item I didn't ask for, the interaction with the owner's wife is domineering and emotionally-fueled. I felt like I didn't have a choice as a customer. I asked for 1 print of 1 picture only to be told that I requested for multiple. Communication is overly-complicated and long when asked simple question such as "exact cost per print this size?" "Just one" "I'll be right back" (as I had to email and look thru files). I don't mind paying for $5 or more. Go for the millennial's employees for help for an uncomplicated, smooth, say-less experience. And to avoid confusion and unnecessary conflict due to mistranslation (English not being owner and owner's wife language). I will have to look for a new-print shop for a chill, non-emotional, logical, simple shopping experience; or show up and seek specific employees for help while avoiding owner's wife.

I called to ask if they could mail my tabs since I couldn't make it in before closing. They said no, but added that if I was just a few minutes late and they were still around (sometimes until about 5:30 while closing up), I could knock on the window and they'd let me in to pick up my online tabs. That alone was pretty great. I hustled and got there at 5:05. The front door was locked and they were wrapping up with their last customers, but just like they promised, the folks at the desk pointed me to another door and let me in to grab my tabs. Even more refreshing: when I walked in, the atmosphere was genuinely warm. People were chatting, in good spirits, and there was music playing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to pick up your tabs. I'll definitely be back next year.
