I love eggplant and this was probably my favorite Baba Ghanoush I've ever had. My roommate ordered the Chicken Shawarma Platter which came with a side of hummus which I was also able to sample. This hummus was smooth and creamy which I much prefer over thicker hummus which can be pasty. I will absolutely be getting the hummus and Baba Ghanoush from here again.
