I was hesitant to see a chiropractor because I had a horrible experience years ago. The Winchester Institute was recommended by my surgeon so I thought it was worth a try. Everyone here is SO kind and patient! I was very nervous the first couple adjustments and they take it slow and are very reassuring. The Doctors always take time to look back at my chart and xrays and make sure their care is just what I need. I was skeptical but optimistic and I am happy it has been helping! I like the fact that they have multiple approaches including the adjustments for a larger scope of care. I highly recommend this practice!

My experiences leading to this review include having the incorrect knee adjusted twice, the care plan not being followed, i.e. getting a foot scan to address a knee injury. As a patient, when we decide on who our caregivers will be, it is important that we evaluate their work honestly and fairly; and take characteristics such as trust, confidentiality, decorum, and professionalism into account.

My therapist is usually Jenna (I love you, Jenna!), but others have pitched in on busy days. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine
