I've worked with Karen and Englebert - and they always are running around helping people! I'm clearly on the younger end of the spectrum of clients here, but it's awesome to see how much attention they give everyone. They're juggling a lot, with smiles on their faces. I'm glad I chose to come back for my ankle - they listen, they help, they care. They give exercises and suggestions, and make sure you're doing what is necessary. I mean, I *hope* I won't need to come back here in the future, but if I need a PT in the future, I know where I am calling first!

When I called billing they said it was an error and would correct it. Very next visit the following month, I was charged $189.44 when again I in fact owed- 0$. This appears to be a pattern, I should not have to research and provide evidence after every visit. I will not be back.

They are incredibly well organized, the office is pleasant and cheerful, the staff is lovely and committed. And if the category is Weirdly Specific Awards, then this is the medical waiting room I'd be happiest waiting in. My therapist is usually Jenna (I love you, Jenna!), but others have pitched in on busy days. I've had such successful recoveries from both of these surgeries and this office (along with my surgeon) deserves the bulk of the credit. If you are in the Powell area, I really recommend this location. It's easy to get in and out of and the area is quiet.

I was a new patient, and they sent me paperwork in the mail so I could complete it beforehand. It was so helpful because their logo was on the envelope, which made it very easy to spot the facility when I was driving and looking for it. Easy to find, easy, close parking... I handed in my paperwork and insurance info, got my vitals taken, saw the Doctor, got X-rays taken, and a custom thumb/wrist brace made for me all in about one hour! Incredible!! We discussed my health history which includes major neck and low back surgeries that has left me with almost crippling chronic pain. We discussed my success with her aim management through the use of hydrotherapy. Her response to my request for this treatment was simply?.well just take a bath. Seriously?!?! I?ve had surgeries that impacted 8 levels of my cervical and lumbar spine and her response is to just take a bath? For the record I am 6ft 2 and 250 lbs. a traditional bath tub hardly fits my big toe. She was all for trying AGAIN therapies that I have exhausted (chiro, massage, acupuncture etc). I literally had 2 other Dr's at Ohio Health laugh when I said her name and both called her "Extreme." When I asked to be moved to a different Dr, SHE DROPPED ME!!! Literally. LOL. I recieved a letter saying I wasnt allowed to go to Ohio Health anymore. I called the Office Manager, was told she was in a meeting, and was never called back. These people are clowns. Eleanor Byrum is a joke of a Doctor and shouldnt be practicing.

The doctor I see has done an excellent, he has listened to my concerns and made recommendations that have suited my foot situation. He quickly accessed my foot issues and scheduled surgery. It all happened very quickly but I'm pleased with the end results. I prefer this smaller practice, I felt that greater attention is given to patients.
