Be Aligned Health is exactly what I've been looking for. If you want less of a quick, transactional…read moreadjustment and more of an actual plan to get your body where it needs to be, this is it. Everyone is SO nice, scheduling is easy, and the whole experience feels really thoughtful. The equipment, the education around what's going on in your body, and the space itself are all great. I've been searching for a chiropractor in Columbus for the past year and this is finally it. I also love that they take X-rays throughout treatment to make sure everything is actually progressing the way it should. Everyone there is great, but I personally see Dr. Marks and have had such a good experience with him. Highly recommend.

I was stuck in a system that often limits the care people like me can access, and I had nearly given up hope of ever truly getting better. But one week into my care plan with Dr. Lee, I already feel a renewed sense of hope and purpose. Dr. Lee took the time to meet with me, listen to my story, and create a customized plan that focuses on my overall well-being--mind, body, and spirit. His compassion, expertise, and dedication to helping patients like me go far beyond what I ever expected. What truly stood out was Dr. Lee's willingness to go above and beyond, even taking time out on a Saturday to meet with my wife and explain my care in detail. She's a very fact-based person, and he patiently broke everything down, step by step, so she could fully understand the reasons behind my treatment and exactly what was needed. That level of care and attention to detail gave both of us confidence that we're in the right hands. For me, this is more than just healthcare--it's a partnership in reclaiming my life. I'm 41 years old, and while the accident changed my life in ways I couldn't control, I've decided to take control of what I can. Dr. Lee and the team at Align Health have given me the tools, support, and confidence to move forward. If you're struggling with chronic pain, disability, or feel like you've run out of options, I wholeheartedly recommend Align Health and Dr. Lee. This is care that truly makes a difference.

I would say the Dr. There is kind and the staff is nice as you come and go. However, the care I…read morereceived there did not have any lasting benefits. I fact the issue I was there for continued to get progressively worse. I started there with the spinal decompression under the name of Genesis Back and Neck within Pamer Chiropractic and then added a group of chiropractic sessions on, based on Dr. Pamer's recommendation of the issues and her course of treatment. The spinal decompression was very expensive, so adding the chiropractic sessions on was over the top for me. They allowed me to make payments on both. I let the doctor know as well as the decompression attendant that I wasn't getting better and infact getting worse. At no point did anyone say maybe your not the best candidate for this, let's try something different and or we should discontinue this if things are getting worse. I am sure they help many people, but if what you are doing isn't working, in my opinion the care giver should be doing something about that. They were more than happy to keep taking my money, and mis spoke a few times as to what my remaining balance was and what the payment amount was supposed to be. I went to a different Dr. And with in 2 sessions had relief and a plan forward inclusive of exercises that would stop the damage that was occurring. In my first visit with the new doctor, he said I waited too long to come. Two months and more than $3000 later, and nothing to show for what I paid for. I don't think I was a good candidate for what they do there and I would like others to be aware and not just trust and jump in as I did. My job is physically demanding with repetitive over use issues. The Doctor I changed to treats every case uniquely addressing the causes and issues with solutions. I am happy to pay for services rendered, but would like to have results for what I paid for. In the final discussions about the remaining balance and my displeasure, I was met with indignant, sarcastic disrespectful behavior, with one thing only as the end game..... "It's understandable you feel that way, what card do you me to use to pay." Where I go now, there are no " packages" you pay as you go. They don't want you to have to come back 2 a week for months, they want you to be able to maintain on your own and come back when you need help, and help that produces positive results. If I could do it again, I would not have chosen Pamer Chiropractic or Genesis Back and Neck. Not a good fit for me and no one there cared enough about me as a patient to say that at any point. They just wanted their money, which they received in full for services rendered.

I was referred here by a friend who had good things to say about this clinic as both they and I had not previously dealt with a chiropractor and we all have heard bad jokes about them and their profession. I can't speak on others out there but I can say Dr. Harville knows his stuff and has been treating me for a bit now with some success after I was told there might not be a lot of expectation for my issue to get better. I have been on so many pain meds for over a year due to my condition. Now I can say there are some noticeable improvements. I never knew what I was missing. Had I known, I would have booked sooner for an adjustment. Ally Good the massage therapist, who can be booked by calling the practice or on the Style Seat site or app, is also wonderful. A relaxing atmosphere and you set what areas need worked on and which ones don't. I have had one visit with her for deep tissue therapeutic massage and following that one visit, I have been able to bend forward and touch my feet again without severe back an pelvic pain. I can't wait to get a few more visits in and see how far I can come back to near normal function but I have hope again. Ally is only the second massage therapist I have ever seen and she is the most thorough. There is a light massage, therapeutic (based on medical need and specific conditions), and deep tissue. I won't lie, I am a big guy and the deep tissue brought tears to my eye at one point due to how messed up my muscles were, but she was able to alleviate so much pain I had in that area that the pain was worth it. You can also tell her if something hurts too much and she will adjust her approach. It is good to have a provider that listens. It is also good that she doesn't use smelly oils. I don't find those to be very relaxing. Currently they don't take my insurance, few do when I called my insurance to check, but there is a small discount for cash paying customers for the chiropractor. If you check style seat for Ally there is a birthday discount for established patients and a first visit discount for new patients. Other than that, Ally's prices are about normal compared to other places. I highly recommend this place and these pro
