It is extremely rare that a doctor brings up concepts that I hadn't heard of - but she did. Her findings and explanations are consistent with things I researched online afterwards - but I never would have known to look them up had she not explained the concepts to me. Never. Before you see her, make sure your insurance takes her (NY State can be troublesome), but even if they don't -- she is worth a visit. She is also a very kind person who is genuinely interested in helping solve your problems. Super smart. She is like a medical detective, seeing how everything is interconnected and addressing it.

What makes it truly special is the wonderful family who owns and runs it. They greet every customer with genuine warmth, take the time to listen to your concerns, and offer thoughtful, knowledgeable advice without ever being pushy. You can feel how much they care--not just about selling products, but about helping people feel their best. It's rare to find that kind of heartfelt, personal service these days, and it makes every visit feel like stopping by to see good friends. The selection of supplements is outstanding. They carry high-quality, clean brands that are hard to find locally. I love that I can get truly holistic, natural options right here in my neighborhood instead of ordering online and waiting for shipments. If you're looking for a place that combines top-notch products with the kind of caring, community feel that big chains just can't match, this shop is an absolute gem. I would say the Dr. There is kind and the staff is nice as you come and go. However, the care I…read morereceived there did not have any lasting benefits. I fact the issue I was there for continued to get progressively worse. I started there with the spinal decompression under the name of Genesis Back and Neck within Pamer Chiropractic and then added a group of chiropractic sessions on, based on Dr. Pamer's recommendation of the issues and her course of treatment. The spinal decompression was very expensive, so adding the chiropractic sessions on was over the top for me. They allowed me to make payments on both. I let the doctor know as well as the decompression attendant that I wasn't getting better and infact getting worse. At no point did anyone say maybe your not the best candidate for this, let's try something different and or we should discontinue this if things are getting worse. I am sure they help many people, but if what you are doing isn't working, in my opinion the care giver should be doing something about that. They were more than happy to keep taking my money, and mis spoke a few times as to what my remaining balance was and what the payment amount was supposed to be. I went to a different Dr. And with in 2 sessions had relief and a plan forward inclusive of exercises that would stop the damage that was occurring. In my first visit with the new doctor, he said I waited too long to come. Two months and more than $3000 later, and nothing to show for what I paid for. I don't think I was a good candidate for what they do there and I would like others to be aware and not just trust and jump in as I did. My job is physically demanding with repetitive over use issues. The Doctor I changed to treats every case uniquely addressing the causes and issues with solutions. I am happy to pay for services rendered, but would like to have results for what I paid for. In the final discussions about the remaining balance and my displeasure, I was met with indignant, sarcastic disrespectful behavior, with one thing only as the end game..... "It's understandable you feel that way, what card do you me to use to pay." Where I go now, there are no " packages" you pay as you go. They don't want you to have to come back 2 a week for months, they want you to be able to maintain on your own and come back when you need help, and help that produces positive results. If I could do it again, I would not have chosen Pamer Chiropractic or Genesis Back and Neck. Not a good fit for me and no one there cared enough about me as a patient to say that at any point. They just wanted their money, which they received in full for services rendered.
