When I was suffering from knee pain, I found them at the nearest physical therapy center when I searched on the internet. They conducted various diagnosis processes to find out the cause of my pain. The physical therapists provided me with specific exercises and therapies to practice for a certain period. And it proved to help me feel better after doing those. I would strongly recommend you visit them if you suffer from any musculoskeletal problems.

My final comment is about the staff. They are very condescending, and like Dr. Pedrick ignored repeated phone calls for information. As talented as Dr. Stratkowski is, I'd have to think long and hard about a repeat visit. I've only left two medical reviews in my entire life. One that was very positive, and this one. They are incredibly well organized, the office is pleasant and cheerful, the staff is lovely and committed. And if the category is Weirdly Specific Awards, then this is the medical waiting room I'd be happiest waiting in. My therapist is usually Jenna (I love you, Jenna!), but others have pitched in on busy days. I've had such successful recoveries from both of these surgeries and this office (along with my surgeon) deserves the bulk of the credit. I was a new patient, and they sent me paperwork in the mail so I could complete it beforehand. It was so helpful because their logo was on the envelope, which made it very easy to spot the facility when I was driving and looking for it. Easy to find, easy, close parking... I handed in my paperwork and insurance info, got my vitals taken, saw the Doctor, got X-rays taken, and a custom thumb/wrist brace made for me all in about one hour! Incredible!! Very large waiting area with plenty of seating. Doctor was on time and very personable. Doctor was able to offer a plan with concrete next steps. All complex imaging procedures can be done onsite at their facility. Lots of specialty areas covered within the practice and well known for sports medicine. Several of the docs here are team doctors for CBJ. Also, this practice does not require a referral from primary care so it makes getting an appointment so much faster.

So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

But be that as it may; these people have saved me and my disks all while adding a bit of sadistic torture into the mix. I kid! I kid! They were helpful to me from the moment I called them asking about insurance and how to get there to cracking jokes with me and the other patients while we kvetched about how "mean" they were to us making us bend and move all of our sore parts. The place is full of equipment and a therapy mini-pool in the rear. Music plays while you are trying to not lose your balance on the wobbly board or go those last few minutes on the treadmill. The staff is so nice, professional, and help you to get back to being functional. The only negative about this place is trying to get to it on Bethel. If you are coming from 315 its easy, but make sure you watch out for the sign or you will miss it. If you are coming from the west then you have to turn around at a light and then head back west on Bethel to get to it. If you are in need of PT - come here!!!

I'm clearly on the younger end of the spectrum of clients here, but it's awesome to see how much attention they give everyone. They're juggling a lot, with smiles on their faces. I'm glad I chose to come back for my ankle - they listen, they help, they care. They give exercises and suggestions, and make sure you're doing what is necessary. When I called billing they said it was an error and would correct it. Very next visit the following month, I was charged $189.44 when again I in fact owed- 0$. This appears to be a pattern, I should not have to research and provide evidence after every visit. I will not be back.

I was referred here by a friend who had good things to say about this clinic as both they and I had not previously dealt with a chiropractor and we all have heard bad jokes about them and their profession. I can't speak on others out there but I can say Dr. Harville knows his stuff and has been treating me for a bit now with some success after I was told there might not be a lot of expectation for my issue to get better. I have been on so many pain meds for over a year due to my condition. Now I can say there are some noticeable improvements. I never knew what I was missing. Had I known, I would have booked sooner for an adjustment. Ally Good the massage therapist, who can be booked by calling the practice or on the Style Seat site or app, is also wonderful. A relaxing atmosphere and you set what areas need worked on and which ones don't. I have had one visit with her for deep tissue therapeutic massage and following that one visit, I have been able to bend forward and touch my feet again without severe back an pelvic pain. I can't wait to get a few more visits in and see how far I can come back to near normal function but I have hope again. Ally is only the second massage therapist I have ever seen and she is the most thorough. There is a light massage, therapeutic (based on medical need and specific conditions), and deep tissue. I won't lie, I am a big guy and the deep tissue brought tears to my eye at one point due to how messed up my muscles were, but she was able to alleviate so much pain I had in that area that the pain was worth it. You can also tell her if something hurts too much and she will adjust her approach. It is good to have a provider that listens. It is also good that she doesn't use smelly oils. I don't find those to be very relaxing. Currently they don't take my insurance, few do when I called my insurance to check, but there is a small discount for cash paying customers for the chiropractor. If you check style seat for Ally there is a birthday discount for established patients and a first visit discount for new patients. Mark Read and his entire staff are first class all the way!…read more Over the MANY years I've been treated by Mark and Meghan, they've brought me back from some pretty bad pains caused from accidentally diving into three feet of water, slipping on ice while walking our large dog, plantar fasciitis, countless ice hockey falls, back issues caused by years of golf, and now sciatica. They've also helped my wife recover from a muscle tear caused by tennis and other various athletic injuries and also helped my eighteen year old daughter recover from various injuries caused by ice hockey.
