You truly leave feeling heard and seen. My 16 year old loves sports, unfortunately I don't think sports love her. Every year for the past 5 years she's broken or dislocated something. Dr. Ravindran has seen her for 3 of the 5 injuries and no one comes close to him on patient care. In fact yesterday we came from an appointment with another physician in ortho and it was horrible she was very mono tone no personality and my daughter felt she talked down to her. Today I'll be calling to get in with Dr Ravindran. We live well over an hour away and will happily drive to get scheduled with him and his team.

Very large waiting area with plenty of seating. Doctor was on time and very personable. Doctor was able to offer a plan with concrete next steps. All complex imaging procedures can be done onsite at their facility. Lots of specialty areas covered within the practice and well known for sports medicine. Several of the docs here are team doctors for CBJ. Also, this practice does not require a referral from primary care so it makes getting an appointment so much faster.

He surgically put a large steel plate and screws to repair her right femur bone. He is a down to earth man and surgeon. He took excellent care of my Mom. Dr Philbin put pins in my foot that were not only unnecessary but also protruded into the flesh resulting in constant pain. At my follow up visit, the PA did not remove all the stitches in my foot resulting in an infection. I cannot stress strongly enough to avoid the practice! I recently had corrective surgery by a certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles.

I understand the healthcare and insurance industry very well, and I was cheated. When I tried to file a claim to dispute the overcharge, the lead practitioner began to raise her voice, wouldn't stop talking, and started snorting at me when I said her statements were inaccurate and didn't make sense. I just don't think the holistic industry can afford poor business practice on top of a scientifically questionable reputation. I'll go to an MD next time.
