The staff are so friendly, clean, hygienists excellent with extreme care- opens all dental tools in front of you, takes their time, xrays with high tech you personally see your teeth immediately on the screen and finally Dr Bergan is so experienced and friendly and knows it all. She will give you the best advice. They accept my insurance Delta dental but if not fully covered, their prices are extremely fair and honest. if you asked me this 5 years ago it would have been 5 stars. Dr Bergans skill is top notch and she is an excellent dentist. however, her office has become too big with too many patients that she is not able to offer her time to her patients. I called with a toothache and was told to either come in 2 hours because of a cancellation, or she cannot see me for a month. I had been a patient of hers for 5 years and the decline of compassion and kindness gets her two stars now. read more

Even though I no longer live nearby in Bayswater (Far Rockaway); I still come in from Saint Albans along with my daughters for our Sunday appointments. Dr. Bergan is very empathetic and understanding when it comes to dental procedures. She is honest concerning the costs and benefits of the various procedures without being pushy as to a desired outcome. She's a decent dentist, though probably not better than any other decent dentist. She has a very boring personality, although she does answer all your questions comprehensively. However, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS!!!!!!!!! Oh, and by the way, the answering service they use, is stuck somewhere between mildly brain-damaged and in a very deep coma. I went in for a cleaning and set of x-rays. I gave my dental insurance and the woman upfront was unable to submit a claim. We went back and forth for months and I even called my insurance company myself several times to confirm coverage. This office has a very difficult staff that is unprofessional and clearly do not know how to do their job! Instead of harassing me and now sending me to collections all they had to do was properly submit to my dental insurance provider! I have never experiences this, basically since it was too much trouble on their part they just sent my file to a debt collector so I get harassing calls everyday now!!! Will never go back or recommend this office! Horrible service!!!! read more
