There was no transparency about total cost, sequencing, or expectations. At this point, I have paid thousands of dollars and do not have the implant I initially sought. There was no professional, sit-down consultation explaining the process from start to finish, and no financial consultation to walk through costs. Instead, Dr. Ludwig communicates sporadically while you're already in the treatment chair, which is not an appropriate or professional way to explain complex oral surgery or financial obligations. The office seems to expect patients to somehow already have a deep understanding of oral surgery -- yet they are very enthusiastic about taking payment. They do not take responsibility for anything and they also did not care one bit when I was their patient...it was always about $$. They were more worried about having to pay the lab fees to re-do crowns than me being comfortable or trying to figure out why I was uncomfortable. Dentistry is a money making business and I learned that the hard way. If you are looking for major surgery or getting a smile make over...Do not come here. I'm still depressed and deformed. I don't know what is my teeth or my lips. They created a hole in my mouth. Therapy and speech therapy haven't been working. I've had suicidal thoughts every day. I can't stress enough that my life went downhill when Harvey Goldwasser cracked my jaw in half and they put two Chic-lets in my lower mouth and that was their idea of "dentistry excellence."
