Before I found Dr. Bral I hadn't gone to a dentist for around 8 years. My mouth was a mess; I needed a deep cleaning and 4 cavities filled. One cavity was so deep that a crown needed to be put in. To save a whole shpiel, Dr. Bral filled in all the cavities like it was nothing, and the crown he put in was perfect -- indistinguishable from the other teeth. He did a great job and was incredibly professional. Not much more needs to be said. Would recommend 100%. Great guy. read more

After an agonizing wisdom tooth issue, I booked with Dr. Bral because he was around the block from my house and had next day availability. He and the hygienists and receptionist were extremely nice and accommodating. The office was clean and the visit was above expectations. My wisdom tooth issue was resolved and I went back a few weeks later for a long overdue cleaning. This is long overdue. We were visiting from CA to attend a wedding Father's Day weekend of June 2022. My elderly Aunt (Grandma of the Bride) role off her front too at the Rehearsal Dinner Sat night. I called around for an Emergency Dentist for a few hours and finally got in touch with Dr. Bral. It was now 10p the night before the wedding. He asked if we wanted to meet him tonight or in the am and we asked how soon could we meet at his office? My Aunt was almost in tears thinking she couldn't be in pictures or smile or talk to anyone w/o a mask on at the wedding. We were so grateful for Dr. Bral to agree to see her that night and fix the tooth. He was able to give her a permanent fix by drilling in a post for the tooth to adhere to. And his price at the end for a weekend Emergency visit was more than fair. He even followed up later to see how Aunt Beverly was doing and if she was enjoying the wedding. We are beyond grateful for his dedication and care to his patients and willingness to help 24/7 this particular weekend. Thanks a million Dr. Bral!! read more

The WORST dental experience I have ever had! Where to begin... Let's see: Two permanent crowns that were placed in my mouth fell out. When I questioned why this happened, Dr. Rick Munter, of Jericho Dental, asked me what type of cement was used? Why he asked me, I'll never know... Isn't this info supposed to be written in my chart? He didn't apologize for the inconvenience, either. That would have been nice. After capping most of my teeth, I suffered TMJ symptoms. I had to go back on many occasions so that Dr. Munter could adjust my bite. I couldn't eat because my jaw kept cracking. He asked me if I lost weight because of the TMJ? When I told him that I did, he replied, "That's good!" Trust me, there's nothing good or funny about having TMJ. He makes up the prices as he goes along. No payment plan schedules here. I feel financially raped. I was told that an implant, abutment and crown was paid in full. I even have the receipt. Now he's telling me I owe an additional $1200. I called my insurance company and they said that Dr. Munter didn't even file a claim! Very shady business practices. A third crown failed because the crown did not fit properly. As a result, the tooth broke and needed to be replaced. I had to convince him that this was his responsibility to fix the tooth. He fixed the problem; however, rather than biting the bullet and replacing the tooth with an implant, he replaced it with a new crown that also doesn't fit right. I can no longer bite into a sandwich or even into a slice of pizza. I am currently waiting for this crown to fail as well. There's so much more to tell, but I have to leave for work now. You see, I need to go make the big bucks so that I can pay another dentist to fix all the work that Dr. Rick Munter did. Save yourself time, energy, pain, money and aggravation, and go to a real dentist. This guy is a joke. read more

This dentist has been torturing my family for the past 18 months when he said the job would be done in 6. He has done nothing but take my money and lie to me and my wife. He has caused her unmeasurable pain suffering embarrassment tears and emotional pain that is unbelievable. He cares nothing about anyone but his own self. When I asked for a partial refund he accused me of blackmailing him. Blackmail is breaking the law I am not breaking any law. He however has broken every word he's given in the past 18 months and charge me $8,000 to do it. And all he does is try to convince me what a great deal he's giving me throughout this whole process while he's done nothing but cause us anguish and then refused to give us any money back. I highly suggest moving on to another dentist because this one is no good and I have the mileage and 18 months to prove it. I have recorded every one of our interactions this man is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be taking him to court read more

The greatest dentist i have ever been to. Dr.Bral takes great care in his patients and their well-being. He is a very nice and thorough dentist. I had an emergency and he took me in on his day off. I love my dentist. I think hes the bees knees. Tho his staff really "grinds my gears" i like him to much to stop going because of them. Today i had to have x rays done 4x because they couldn't realize what was going wrong. What i also noticed while having my cleaning was the lady working on my teeth kept watching the news. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. From the start the receptionists were great, friendly and informational over the phone and in person. Christina was sweet and caring as she did my X-rays. Dr. Rick Munter did a thorough examination and cleaning. This practice is a joke between the staff and office manager it is a circus. They do not tell you if you have to move your appointmtent or for a dumb reason put it in your digital calendar that they have a no show fee of $35.00. If I understand correctly any Doctor or Dentist has to disclose this before or upon making an appointment. And if you have to reschedule they stalk you there is no reasoning with them. My daughter had to switch dentists because of insurance and had exrays recntly like one month previously and she only had a hand full of cavities left to fill but Dr Munter said she had 3 root canals in the front to be done as well. How does that change in 30 days. There is no way and I also consulted her former Dentist and he said he was trying to do more work and there was no way she needed root canals. He was hosing us for more work to bill the insurance company. I do not recommend anyone new going there. Unprofessional, not organized, mean and demeaning to people.
