There was no transparency about total cost, sequencing, or expectations. At this point, I have paid thousands of dollars and do not have the implant I initially sought. There was no professional, sit-down consultation explaining the process from start to finish, and no financial consultation to walk through costs. Instead, Dr. Ludwig communicates sporadically while you're already in the treatment chair, which is not an appropriate or professional way to explain complex oral surgery or financial obligations. The office seems to expect patients to somehow already have a deep understanding of oral surgery -- yet they are very enthusiastic about taking payment.
