I had a gum graft performed by Dr. Margolis in September 2020. I was anxious going through with the procedure, as there is no guarantee your mouth will accept the graft. In addition, with major health concerns surrounding the current global pandemic, I was hesitant to proceed with mouth surgery at this time. My experience with Dr. Margolis exceeded any expectation I had. The office did a spectacular job tackling the pandemic with incredible sanitation protocols, temperature checks, air ventilations, and oral rinses. Dr. Margolis did an excellent job giving me in depth knowledge regarding my case. I felt well informed before, during and following the procedure. I had many follow-up calls and appointments to assess my recovery. And, the office worked closely with me to assure my insurance was in order (even though they are non-participating, they did everything in their power to assist, and I was refunded more than half of my procedure by insurance). Overall, my procedure went far smoother than expected. I now have full gum coverage and experienced no complications following the surgery. Not that going to the dentist is something we all look forward to but if you must go you want to go somewhere that is clean and efficient. Dr. Brian Margolis DDS, is one of the most skilled and remarkable dentists, second to none. His bedside manor is AAA (Triple A) to say the very least. He has a very unique way of making the patient feel very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure.The way he explains what he is going to do, as well as, while he is doing the procedure explaining everything, any anxiety or fear just simply melts away. I would highly recommend seeing him if you need any type of periodontal work or implant surgery. His staff is fantastic as well. Jessica his assistant is very gentle when it comes to taking x rays and doing any of the radiology. Pia who is very nice, always makes it a habit to come in and say hello and ask how my family is and Kelli who takes care of the insurance and gets my claims paid faster than anyone. She is amazing. Dr. Margolis is as good as it gets. I was referred to him by my dentist to evaluate a receding gum line, and he determined I needed a gum transplant and frenectomy surgery. He had a fantastic bedside manner and walked me through the entire surgery before it happened so I would know what to expect and so I could ask him all my questions. He spent a long time with me and I never felt rushed. In addition, the entire office staff including the receptionists and assistants were warm and friendly. By the time the surgery came around I was calm and ready. The surgery went better than I could ever expect. I was given great post-op care by Dr. Margolis and his assistant, Pia, who both gave me tips on eating, and managing pain after the surgery. Just a couple weeks after the surgery I felt nearly back to normal, and was so impressed with how well the gum had healed and looked. The difference between the pre-op and post-op pictures was remarkable. I highly recommend Dr. Margolis to anyone who wants outstanding care. read more

When I initially consulted with Dr. Margolis about teeth extraction and future implants, he suggested to me that I needed more than the twice yearly teeth cleaning procedure that I was having done by my regular hygienist. He emphasized the importance of good oral health care and really struck a chord with me. I decided to add two more cleanings to my yearly calendar and have just returned from my first cleaning with Diane, the hygienist in Dr. Margolis' office. I, like most people, can't say that I ever looked forward to the teeth cleaning process, but I have to say that Diane made the whole procedure go smoothly and I was done before I knew it! With great tenacity, Diane worked on my front teeth and brought them to a new level of clean...and all of this while she kept me entertained with wonderful stories. Dr. Margolis then came in and thoroughly went over the next steps in my implant future, while answering all of my questions.
