Although I have only seen him a total of 4 times so far, I had the best experience with Dr. Rosen. After years of numerous traumatic dental experiences that costed me many unnecessary expenses, I was finally referred to Dr. Rosen by a friend of mine. From the second I walked into his office on that first visit, I knew the relaxed ambiance was just what I needed to rid my dental fears. I was immediately greeted by the upbeat and wonderful woman sitting at the front desk, and I felt very comfortable from the start. There was practically no wait at all and Dr. Rosen himself walked out into the waiting room to greet me. Out of all the dentists I have seen over the years, never once was my experience this personable and welcoming, and this really meant a lot to me. The first procedure I had done for my dental implant was just as smooth as the returning visits. He worked with me to fit the appointments into my busy schedule on short notice, and the visits were quick and painless-- (much different from what I was used to)!! I was referred to Dr. Rosen by a friend and I have to say I am happy I listened! When I even called to make an appointment I had a nice professional and knowledgeable conversation with Michelle (Dr. Rosen Assistant) she is wonderful, she explained all the insurance stuff so I could understand, she listened to the dental issue I was having and worked with me so I could be see ASAP. She is a very genuine person. The Best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I'm scared of the dentist, like most of the world but Dr. Rosen made me feel super comfortable and relaxed before I even hit the chair. I have dentist phobia, going there makes me sick to my stomach and that why I haven't gone in years. Never really had any major problems to go! Then it happened a tooth that I had glued years ago fell out! Now, you can an image the panic that went to my head! Then a dear friend told me about Dr. Rosen, so I put my big boy pants on and went! I was reffered to Alan Rosen by a friend as I generally hate dentists and have not been in a very long while. My teeth are in pretty bad shape and I had seen a dentist in Manhattan just the day before and it was not a wonderful experience by any means, so I was very apprehensive and plus it was a long trek for me. After speaking with the receptionist Michelle, I was in love, she was super friendly and very proffessional. So off I went. Long story short, I LOVE this dentist. Best Dentist! Dr. Rosen has been my dentist for 2 years and I've never had a bad visit. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the office couldn't be cleaner. I had an appointment last week for a cleaning with Dr.Rosen, but due to a last minute change in my schedule I was unable to make my appointment. Dr. Rosen was absolutely phenomenal, this is coming from someone who is petrified of the dentist and avoids them at all costs. I called and left a message today on his day off and he had an emergency so when he went in and heard my voicemail he called me back immediately, and got me to his office.
