Dr. Kiram took the time to carefully explain the entire procedure, answered all of our questions, and made sure my daughter felt safe and comfortable. The extractions went extremely well, and the recovery was smooth, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. Because of such a positive experience with my daughter, I decided to return as a patient myself to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Once again, Dr. Kiram was professional, patient, and very reassuring. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. His calm demeanor and clear communication truly make a difference. I highly recommend Dr. Kiram to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy dentist. That being said, my experience with the front desk staff was unfortunately not as positive. On multiple occasions, the front desk assistants were unprofessional and came across as rude, both during in-person interactions and while we were in the office. Their attitude did not reflect the level of care provided by Dr. Kiram and negatively affected the overall experience. I needed four wisdom teeth removed in a hospital setting due to other complex and rare medical conditions I have. For the past year, I went to six other oral surgeons explaining the care I need and each of them couldn't accommodate my needs for a variety of reasons. After advocating for myself and my wisdom teeth getting progressively worse, I found Dr. Peter Protzel & his staff, who were able to do my surgery in the hospital setting I needed. His incredible staff worked with my insurance company to get the surgery approved through my health insurance. It's been a little over 1 week post op and I'm back to my regular self, no more swelling, and the recovery was much better than I expected. Dr. Protzel in my eyes, was the only oral surgeon that actually was able to have empathy for my complex situation and I'm thankful for him and his staff's dedication to my health.
