I called him, he hung up on me mid-question (saying his wife would call me back to schedule things). I called back and he sent me to voicemail; at that point I got fed up. By the time his wife called me back: - I requested quotes from Yelp - Another locksmith reached out, gave a quote - That new locksmith showed up, replaced the lock entirely, and spent time shaping the lock according to the shape of the doorframe. He was also polite and friendly to talk with! - He charged less than 1/2 the price for *all* of this than Paul's routine re-keying. So by the time Paul's wife called me back, I started to say "look, I don't need your services, someone already fixed it for me". She got incredibly defensive, to the point of ranting about how the super of a co-op was recently fired, and something about an affair?
