Dr. Schroeder and ALL the staff at Aligned on Ohio are very friendly, personable, and fun! I recently moved from downtown to West Loop and, unfortunately, it's a long trip now. BUT I highly recommend this facility for chiropractic and massage. Victoria gives great relaxing massages, I fell asleep almost every visit! Felt refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day. Also, Dr. Schroeder adjusted my neck and spine readying me for an awesome, pain-free ski trip to Colorado last winter...THANK YOU!! I miss all the staff at this facility and, again, HIGHLY recommend a consultation with the doctor and masseuse! read more

I was sold into the lie that functional health medicine would help me with my gut health issues. Mind you I was paying a lot of money to purchase supplement after supplement. My last straw was months later my issue still wasn't resolved and was charged $350 for a stool test that told me nothing and told to take more supplements. I finally went to my primary and got things figured out. I also didn't realize the functional health medicine doctors are actually chiropractors. These are not the people who should be telling you what you should be taking orally. I did more research and found out that none of these practices were scientifically backed and supplements are not FDA approved. I was also told to wear a castor oil pack around my stomach to help with the gut. Again, no scientific proof that stuff works. Lastly, after asking if all I had to pay out of pocket was $350 for the test I was the billed months later for an extra charge after I stopped their services for "extended time, coordination with other providers, lab work, other care related research and coordination" Gimme a break!! I called to question and was told my insurance should cover and I guess it did not. Just sounds like an extra added charge to squeeze more money. My card was automatically charged and I will be disputing that nonsense. Beware to find a real doctor and take what they tell you with a grain of salt. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I was charged $389 and they were not even able to help me. They tried to give me adjustment but failed. This was after my appointment had to be rescheduled because the chiropractor was in an alleged car accident. They also tried to get me to sign up for a subscription for multiple follow up visits, which I refused. When I asked how much I was going to be charged, I was told that it would be fully covered by my insurance, only to find out that that unilaterally charged my credit card $389. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!! read more

Do not sign up for this! It's a complete billing scam! No matter what they tell you, please be aware of the following: They are not in-network. They lie about the cost on the phone and in their online advertising. They force you to add a credit card to schedule. They will charge your credit card on file minutes after sending an invoice. They will "prescribe" endless over priced supplements and tests. read more

Aligned Modern Health in Streeterville is an excellent experience. The skill and attention from the chiropractor (Dr. David) and the massage therapist (Francesca) provide much needed relief of pain and tension. The customer service is also excellent. Raquel, who works the front desk, is attentive to your every need with a generous heart. But most of all there is a deep sense of caring which I think adds to a positive experience. I feel fortunate to have found them. read more

I had my consultation with doctor Cayce on May 6th. She was great, patient, very professional and cares about my issues. On the same day, I scheduled my first treatment for May 13. When I came in on May 13, they told me there was an error in the system that my appointment was't booked successfully and the doctor have other patients already. After wait 20 mins, they had to reschedule my appointment to May 20, since that is the earliest 6pm appointment the doctor has. There is a two week lag between my initial consultation and first treatment. Because I only want to take 6:00 pm or 8:00am appointment. If you don't have a lot flexibilities at work during the day time like me, maybe you want to call in and check the doctor's schedule even before the initial consultation, so that you have expectation on the timeline and whether that works for you. I am still very excited about my first treatment! read more

Scheduled an appointment a week ago at 3pm but they accidentally scheduled it for 1pm. Scrambled out of work to come in for the appt. had me waiting over 15 min before the dr even came out. I've seen almost every healthcare and wellness professional here at the Streeterville location. I had gone to another AMH closer to my home previously but willingly make the trip to this location because of its people: Dr. Gemelas (a.k.a. Dr. G) - After a few years of poor health and gut issues, I made a functional medicine & nutrition appointment with Dr. G. She was kind and thorough as we reviewed my patient questionnaire. She recommended a food sensitivity blood test and elimination diet (removal of gluten, dairy, grains, and etc) to help with stomach, skin, and respiratory issues. To this day, my husband says Dr. G is the only doctor that most accurately pinpointed my stomach issues and recommended a way for relief through nutrition. Dr. Schroeder - I saw Dr.Schroeder for neck/back pain. I made it clear I didn't want to be in a never-ending rehab session and he laid out a 4-week treatment plan. The exercises he had me do were always different and challenging. He was very encouraging about my progress. I went from a Level 10 pain when I first saw him to a Level 1 pain after four weeks! Donnie & Diamond - The chiro specialists are awesome! Both are warm, friendly, and encouraging. Kate - I started seeing Kate, their acupuncturist, for fertility support this spring after a miscarriage. During a fragile time for me, Kate was kind and gentle. She's both professional and passionate about acupuncture - and always happy to explain what she's doing -- "Why are you putting those needles on the top of my head? And how is this supposed to help?" Though not pregnant yet, Kate has been a such a support for me and I'm so grateful for her encouragement throughout my fertility journey. Lastly...I think she deserves her own Yelp page - Shivani, the office manager. If every establishment had a Shivani, the world might be a happier place! Her warm smile is so welcoming and she's a pro at all things health insurance. Even better, she explains health-insurance related things to you in a way you can actually understand! Hands down, best team of healthcare and wellness professionals in the biz. You will not regret coming here! read more

Dr. Schroeder is awesome I can't speak highly enough about his ability to motivate his patients, diagnose the appropriate approach to improving their health and mobility, and overall bedside manner. Working with Dr. Schroeder and Donnie twice a week lead to a huge improvement for me and I'm sure others would achieve the same results if they put in the effort. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone that is seeking a chiropractor to check this place out. read more

The best chiropractic service I've ever received! Dr. Schroeder and his team are top notch. I've been receiving chiro services on and off for years and I swear by it. I recently moved to Chicago and had a couple ailments I wanted to get looked at (Shoulder, upper back, and neck). I live just a couple blocks away from the Streeterville location, so I decided it was a win-win, easy to walk to and I can feel better! Well, my expectations were astronomically exceeded. It really breaks down to 3 things for me: Quality of Care, Individualized Treatment, and Customer Service. They get 5 stars in all of these! I'll explain... Quality of Care - Dr. Schroeder's welcoming demeanor and expertise provides a quality of the care that exceeds expectations. His background in personal training combined with his chiro education are the dynamic duo in providing effective, quality of care. He listened to where I had pain, thoroughly explained the causes, and provided confidence by saying "We will fix this!" His progressive tactics of incorporating physical therapy/rehab made this a team effort for success! Individualized Treatment - Incorporating rehab into chiro services was new to me, but it made a world of a difference. Dr. Schroeder made sure to listen to my pain concerns each visit and made sure that my adjustments and rehab treatment were specific to my needs and abilities. Each visit we would progress my rehab based on my ability, strength, and drive. Not only were we strengthening my weak areas to help prevent pain in the future, I was receiving education on how to perform exercises properly, how to stand, how to lay, how to position my shoulders/neck, and the list goes on. I now know that a tighter grip makes carrying groceries much easier ;) Customer Service - Did I say that this group of people at the Streeterville location have become a group I consider my friends?! Shivani, Donny, Diamond, and Dr. Schroeder all make me feel welcome when I arrive for an appointment and even when I leave. They are flexible with my schedule or even when I am late... oopsies! It's an atmosphere that makes it more than working to fix my ailments, it's an atmosphere that encourages a stress-free, pain-free life style. Everyone truly cares about the person walking through that door. I enjoy every visit, talking about what everyone is up to over the weekend, what's new, or even trick shots on Thursday Hockey shot competition! It makes receiving chiropractic treatment a breeze and I look forward to my visits each and every time. Moral of this long review - Believe in chiropractic treatment - it works. And Go see Dr. Schroeder and his team at the Aligned Modern Health Streeterville location. You won't be disappointed! read more

Aligned Modern Health - Streeterville on Ohio St. has made me a believer and supporter in Modern Health. From first stepping into the location of July 2015, I was greeted by the welcoming face and customer service oriented office manager, Shivani. Shivani was ever so accommodating to explain the intake process, billing and that she's available to answer any questions. She is always guaranteed to put a smile on your face, as she was one of the most friendly and positive people I've encountered in my life. Dr. Frank Bucki introduced himself afterwards, a great and fun rapport was already established with him earlier via phone, and after meeting him in person I knew he actually listened to my concerns and was understanding of my goals. Then my "long term" goal was to complete my first marathon with my "bad" knees, with short term goals changing weekly to bi-weekly. Shannon was the third amazing Align representative I met, and right away, it was a perfect fit. She showed me exercises that were key for me to complete my goals, both short and long term. The fourth Align member that was key in my 2015 goals was Katie, the massage therapist. Her techniques coupled with Shannon's exercises kept me on target and had my body willing and able to crush the long runs every Saturday, as well as the Chicago triathlon, while working towards the Chicago marathon. I am happy to say I completed three events last year with Team 2End AIDS and Align Modern Health: Chicago Half-Marathon, Chicago Triathlon and Chicago Marathon. After completing all three events all four Align team members (Dr. Bucki, Katie, Shannon, and Shivani) congratulated me, but I told them "no, I didn't do it, WE DID IT!!!" Align Modern Health has become one of my happy places, and I will be a devoted client in 2016 and beyond! Dr. Bucki, Shivani, Shannon and Katie are the real deal and a dream team! read more

I really enjoy going to Aligned. This is not a Chiropractic factor where they have you do random stretching and traction till the doctor gets to adjust you but they actually take the time to work with you individually and come up with adjustments per week or month and an exercise program to keep your back healthy. With the addition of a physical therapist, massage therapist and acupuncture, I have been impressed with their willingness to discuss all aspects of my health and give me recommendations on methods and practices that I can do on my own to help me maintain my health and reduce the number of visits to the office. I would highly recommend this office and staff. read more

Had a wonderful acupuncture treatment with Kate. She was both attentive and professional as she took me through the intake process. Dr. Dorough is wonderful and has been a huge help with improving my health. I would strongly recommend seeing him at the South Loop location over the West Loop. I have had a couple of less than positive experiences with the front desk at the West Loop location, including travelling for an hour to an appointment only to be told that appointment did not exist. I made the appointment in person at my last visit. Mistakes do happen, but she was pretty dismissive about it, and this was not the first frustrating experience. Can't recommend Dr. D enough. Make sure to schedule at the South Loop location. The front desk is friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. read more

Wanted to try Accupuncture for an ongoing issue. Met with Kara Schaub, Accupuncturist. She was very understanding of my problem and spent non-hurried time with me. I started receiving chiropractic treatment at Aligned Modern Health in Streeterville early in my third trimester of pregnancy because I had pulled my lower back and was seeking non-pharmacological ways of managing the pain. During my initial consultation with Dr. Schroeder, he explained his experience adjusting pregnant women and devised a plan for me that not only would help my back pain, but also ease the rest of my pregnancy symptoms. In addition to Dr. Schroeder's chiropractic adjustments, I also met with Tanvi and Theo for physical therapy, Victoria for massage, and Joe for acupuncture. Shout out to Kelsey as well, who was super helpful and friendly booking all of my appointments and accommodating my schedule. Throughout treatment, my pain resolved and energy improved. I also noticed an improvement in my pregnancy indigestion, shortness of breath and overall comfort level. At the end of my pregnancy at approximately 38 weeks, I began acupuncture treatments with Joe, in an attempt to naturally induce labor. I had never received acupuncture before, but Joe made me feel very comfortable with the treatment explaining his extensive experience treating pregnant women. Just as hoped, my water broke at 39 wks several hours after receiving acupuncture treatment. I am very grateful to this group of awesome people. They were like family to me during my pregnancy and took the best care of me and my baby. I highly recommend Aligned Modern Health in Streeterville for anyone seeking a holistic approach to health and wellness. read more

Dr. Schroeder and the staff at Aligned are literally the best. It is a clean, laid back, friendly place. I spent a couple of months here getting rehabilitative services for a neck injury. I could not be more happy with the service or the result. I honestly wish I could find an excuse to keep coming back. In addition to chiropractic and PT services (which I've used and loved) they also do acupuncture and therapeutic massage and etc. As a physician myself I am not always sure that I believe in non-traditional therapies. Dr. Schroeder knows exactly what he is doing. He respects traditional medicine but also has something more to offer. And for me, it worked when nothing else did. I highly recommend this place and it's fantastic st read more

I was referred to Aligned Modern Health Streeterville by a colleague and have never looked back! This not just a chiropractic clinic, but truly a full body wellness center. Dr. Bucki, Katie, and Dr. Gemalas work together to develop a customized plan, looking at all angles and gives you the tools to continue rehabilitation at home. They genuinely care about you as a person and work hard to get you to a place or relief. Shavani is very welcoming when you walk in and always greets me with a smile! She makes scheduling, insurance etc. a breeze, and, so much so that I look forward to seeing her each week! Dr. Bucki is truly amazing, and really takes every issue into consideration, lifestyle, exercise, how much time you are at a desk, or walking around. Shannon and the PT gals do a great job walking me through the PT exercises! Katie the masseuse has truly magical hands, I've received a significant amount of relief after the therapeutic massages and it helps loosen muscles up to make my chiropractic adjustments more pleasant. I first started working with Dr. Gemalas when I participated in the 21-Day Sugar Detox Group. I loved working with her so much, and felt great results that I decided to make an appointment with her. She developed a comprehensive plan of action around my food sensitivities and my vitamin deficiencies. She is very supportive throughout the process! My sleep, energy levels, and overall feeling of well-being have improved since beginning my work with her. The staff members at Aligned Modern Health Streeterville feel like family to me now, and I look forward to going each week. I know that I'm received the highest quality of care and customer service in every interaction there. I can't speak highly enough of Aligned Modern Health Streeterville, Dr. Bucki, Shavani, Shannon, Katie and Dr. Gemalas and the significant improvement in my pain levels, and health! read more

I LOVE Aligned Modern Health. I've seen Dr. Gemelas for issues that I was having that continued to be undiagnosed by my regular doctor. Immediately Dr. Gemelas was able to get the right testing an ultimately diagnosis in place. I've also seen Kate for acupuncture who helped with a knee injury and she completely eliminated the issue and pain. Most recently I've started to work with their new nutritionalist Olivia who has been helping me understand nutrition and my new dietary requirements (based on what Dr. Gemelas identified) that I've had a difficult time working through. This place is amazing. Do not hesitate to go if you've been thinking about it. read more

I started seeing Kara for acupuncture about 6 months ago when I was having frequent and persistent migraines. I initially attended weekly and have progressed to once a month. Kara is always extremely understanding and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She explains the theory behind acupuncture and its benefits. Kara listens to my complaints and tailors each session to how I've been feeling. She always makes the experience relaxing and comfortable. After each session, I feel like a new, rejuvenated, relaxed lady. She often does cupping at the end of our treatment as an added bonus! I've not only seen an improvement in my headaches, but also my anxiety. The entire staff is welcoming, courteous, and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. Kara is a fabulous clinician and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in acupuncture. I love my visits and plan to continue! read more

Dr Bucki saved the day! My friend visiting from South Florida developed sudden back pain -- as in 9-10 on a scale of 10 -- on a Saturday. I got on yelp and called all the chiropractors who were open on a Saturday and all were answering machines except for Aligned Modern Health. I made the call less than an hour before closing, a real person answered and was able to accommodate my friend. The office visit went well. Dr Bucki was courteous, professional and effective. Even though it was an emergency visit, the charges were quite reasonable. Also, convenient location with cool decor and clean, state of the art furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. read more

I have had nothing but exceptional and phenomenal experiences with Aligned Modern Health Streeterville. I was a patient at Aligned Modern Health in Streeterville for approximately 3 months. During this time, I continually received outstanding customer service and outstanding patient care. In particular, Shivani, Donnie, Diamond, Katie and Dr. Schroeder have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was an informed and a satisfied patient. In terms of specifics, I was instantly impressed with how knowledgeable and honest Shivani and Dr. Schroeder were. In particular, no one here is going to hard sell you or try to get you sign up for endless sessions that you don't need. Instead, everyone in this office takes a collaborative approach that is patient centric and designed for your unique patient needs. This ethos starts at the top with Dr. Schroeder who is the most qualified chiropractor I have ever met. Dr. Schroeder has a unique and more modern approach to chiropractic care which crosses many disciplines. Dr. Schroeder immediately impressed me and would continually impress me with his bedside manner, his chiropractic techniques, and his dedication to his own continual self-improvement as a medical professional. Dr. Schroeder's commitment and focused approach to care resulted in immediate, noticeable, and more importantly measurable results that could be easily quantified. This is very important because it allowed me to see, measure and understand where I was making progress with my care. Dr. Schroeder's knowledge, ethics, and commitment to care should be modeled and exemplified not only at all Aligned Clinics but should serve as an example and an ethos to the entire chiropractic profession. Dr. Schroeder's pride in his work, in his practice, and in his patients clearly trickled down throughout the Aligned Streeterville Clinic as Dr. Schroeder's commitment, honesty, and work ethic were further exemplified by Donnie and Diamond who were incredible rehabilitation and chiropractic technicians who took great interest in my care and patient outcome. Equally important and dually noticed was the unbridled enthusiasm that both Donnie and Diamond showcased on a daily basis. During each of my visits, I was always warmly greeted by everyone at Aligned. Oftentimes, Donnie or Diamond would take it upon themselves to ensure that all my needs were met whether it be by offering me a drink, a towel, or to hang my jacket. I was consistently delighted to see that everyone at Aligned Streeterville took such great pride in their work and that everyone minded even the smallest of details to ensure a near ideal patient environment. In short, everyone at the Aligned Streeterville location continually went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a satisfied patient. Also of note, this Aligned location should also be praised for a commitment to employee diversity as it was very refreshing to see an office with an array of both gender and racial diversity and I personally believe that this diversity truly furthered and helped foster my positive patient outcome. I personally can only offer the highest of praise for Aligned Modern Health Streeterville and I am personally incredibly satisfied with my patient outcome. read more

Aligned Modern Health (Streeterville) + Dr. Frank Bucki and staff (ie: Shivani, Shannon, etc) = THE BEST in modern chiropractic care and therapy. I was seeking relief for super bad whiplash and I found it here. The facility is pristine and a comfortable atmosphere. -Dr. Bucki is super skilled/experienced/talented and makes very smooth adjustments for the patient unlike some other chiropractors I visited in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable and also has a great bed side manner that other chiropractors and doctors should adopt. I give him my absolute highest recommendation and anyone seeking pain relief should book an appointment with him stat. -The staff including Shivani (office manager) and Shannon (physical therapist) add even more awesomeness. Shivani gives a warm welcome and is a pro at setting up appointments and taking care of insurance billing for the patient. Shannon is an incredible physical therapist who takes the patient on the healthy road to recovery with results. I am a huge fan of this establishment and the people who work at this location. Aligned Modern Health is a team of MIRACLE WORKERS. For almost 3 years I had terrible pain down the entire side of my leg. I came into AMH to meet with Dr. Bucki and get some help for some lower back pain I incurred as a result of overcompensation stemming from ACL surgery I had 10 months ago which was causing me pain in my lower back and was further complicated by riding a motorcycle with no rear suspension (I ride a bobber, I know it's uncomfortable but I don't care - if I want comfort I'll drive my car, so save your breath). As a die hard BJJ practitioner and competitor (which is how I tore my ACL), I was reluctant to go in for help because I didn't want to hear anything that was going to keep me "off the mats". Much to my surprise, Dr. Bucki was more than sympathetic - he was actually empathetic because as an athlete himself he could identify with the emotional difficulty involved with not training. He understood that BJJ was more than a hobby for me - that it was a lifestyle - and has dramatically helped me reduce my back pain so I could keep training. In addition to Dr. Bucki, the entire staff is absolutely amazing. I actually look forward to going in there to talk to everyone and do physical therapy with the exceedingly capable team. I'm probably going to start hanging out there in between meetings at the office. How many people can say they look forward going to the doctors office? read more

I've had multiple sports-related head and neck injuries over the time and before I found Dr. Renee Zimmerman, I had bounced around from one chiropractic practice to the next trying to find a doctor that provided a quality service without pushing unneeded products or add-ons. Dr. Zimmerman is very personable and her treatment plan including the attention to my previous injuries has been second to known. I used to turn my head and my entire back would crackle and pop and I would get terrible headaches. I now move easier and more confidently and my headaches have all but disappeared. If you are thinking about chiropractic medicine for the first time or looking for a better choice to your present provider, I strongly suggest you give Dr. Zimmerman a call. read more

Love the staff here! Shivani who is usually the first face you see is so friendly and knowledgable about all the services Aligned provides. Dr B the chiropractor is amazing and always helps me. He is attentive to your problems and wants to help fix it. The whole team here at Aligned is just all around very personable and experienced. They have the means to help you from massage therapy to chiro to acupuncture to nutritional advice! I highly recommend this place if you ever have a stiff neck or back. I don't often leave reviews, so the fact I was compelled to leave one for Aligned in itself is a huge testament to the quality of care I received at this office. At the beginning of this year, I decided to take steps to become a healthier version of myself. I was having shoulder and knee alignment issues and was over it. Calling Aligned to make an appointment was one of the best decisions I've made! As soon as I called, Nathalie, the clinic manager, was incredibly helpful with scheduling my visit and answering any questions I had prior to the appointment. She's also the first person you'll likely see when you enter the office where she's equally friendly and makes you feel welcome. The positive experience continues from there...the whole staff is very friendly, but even more important, they are incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Schroeder is one of the most genuine doctors I've ever met. He listened to all my concerns and was very thorough in explaining what's going on and then reviewing my treatment plan. He answered all of my questions and gave me complete confidence that the time I was investing to better my health was completely worth it. After getting adjustments, I worked with Tanvi and Donnie for some physical therapy. They made sure I was comfortable with all the movements and would make adjustments to ensure all the exercises were done correctly to maximize my movements. Their work with me allowed me to make some movements I've struggled to for years. I have a huge amount of respect for the knowledge this staff brings, as well as the care they provide their patients. One of the other benefits of Aligned's office is that in addition to getting adjustments and physical therapy, they also have a number of other services that really round out your overall wellness. I was able to see Victoria, the massage therapist, for a few sessions. She was able to consult with Dr. Schroeder on my body's main issues so she could target those areas. By the end of the session, I always left completely relaxed and tension was eliminated. After a couple months, I completed my treatment with significant improvements to my shoulder and knee. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a long time. I have been able to get back to some of my favorite workouts and know how to optimize my form to get the best results. Aligned gave me all the tools I need to continue my progress. It was such a positive experience for me, I continue to visit the office on a monthly basis for adjustments and massage therapy. I highly recommend Aligned to anyone looking to make improvements to their health and life! read more

I am an average runner and realized some discomfort in my right knee a couple of weeks ago. After talking to one of my friends, who is a crazy-ass runner, I decided to call for an appointment with Dr. Schroeder since my friend recommended him. I had my doubts at the beginning since I had never been to a chiropractor, neither had I any idea what he does. Already two days later I was able to come to the office for my first appointment. I was impressed how quickly Dr. Schroeder could tell what my issue was and what needed to be done in order to make it better. I had to come in twice a week for exercises and what I really liked was the fact that I talked to Dr. Schroeder about my progress every time I got there. After some weeks I already started to feel much better and yesterday I did 4 miles with an average pace of 7.40 without any issues at all. I am certain Dr. Schroeder will release me soon but to be honest with you, I don't really want to leave :-) I really like to go there, talk to the team, do my exercises and the best part of course is the progress I saw. It's just such a great atmosphere and everyone is so knowledgeable. Therefore, I can highly recommend Dr. Schroeder and the entire team. They know what they are doing and they will take care of you! read more

I have been going to Aligned Modern Health for 2 years now. Everyone in this office is great. Katie is an awesome massage therapist. Shannon knows the exercises and stretching for optimal relief. I was beyond impressed with my initial walk-in to the Streeterville location. I was suffering with debilitating neck pain and needed to make an appointment as soon as possible. My first contact was with Shivani Patel and I was completely impressed with how helpful and kind, warm, friendly, and concerned about my urgent needs. It was a Friday and she was able to set an appointment for me with Kate Phillippi for early Monday morning. Thank you sweet Shavani... I met with Kate the acupuncturist who is awesome, gentle, soft spoken, professional, so very knowledgeable about acupuncture, and an angel on earth. My first hour was devoted to a plan and listening to all my needs and goals. Then immediatly I had my first acupuncture appt. for my neck and it was great. She made me feel at ease and less nervous. I walked out feeling 100 % better. As time went on I met with Dr. Austin Schroeder (chiropractor). This appt. was great because he listened, took x-rays, explained what he saw and set out a plan to get my neck normal again. Dr. Austin is awesome, kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable about the body, how to treat it and methods using an approach to chiropractor in a gentle but an acceptional treatment plan. I was extremely pleased with my first appointment. My next contact was with Donnie Dupaya (therapist). Donnie kept asking me if I was in pain and continued to guide and direct me through the exercises. He is knowledgeable, caring, positive, and attentive. I was able to do the exercises at home which have helped tremendously. Damond Colvin was my other therapist and she was kind, knowledgeable, and very caring. Dr. Alaina Gamelas gave me a consultation for an issue I was dealing with and she really " hit the nail on the head" with her diagnosis and her recommendations what I needed to do. She, too is kind, caring, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed asking questions. In conclusion, I highly, highly recommend this facility. You will feel like a "family" member when you leave. Everyone treats you like a special client and I am so very very happy I am being treated here at Streeterville. THANK YOU ALL ! I am very pleased...YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! read more
