Never thought I would have a positive experience buying a car from a dealership, however Autosource…read moreis that dealership! The current used car market is definitely not a buyers market but Autosource is not there to clip you. They make a fair profit as any business should. We were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and have been looking for several months. Found exactly the car we wanted on their website below what other dealerships were charging. Nate held the vehicle for the day so we could drive there to see it. Once we got there, no games! So many other dealers say one thing to get you in, then change when you arrive. Not Autosource. I'm glad we found the car we needed. Only a couple years old and low miles! I will look here first for future vehicles. Highly recommended Autosource and Nate. PS I am a sales guy in a different field and hate dealing with car sales guys. Nate is NOT the car sales guy we all hear horrible stories about. He is a true professional and a credit to all sales people.

My car suddenly had a massive mis fire in the engine and drove like crap which affected how it drove and shifted. I called Bob the service adviser and Bob got me in the next morning to look at my car and to my amazement in less than than hour he called me with a diagnosis and repair price. 3.5 hours later my vehicle was repaired and running like normal. Bob was great at communicating through the whole process and Bob did an excellent job being the face of Venus ford as a first time service department customer. Bob was probably the best dealership service department experience I have had. Yah I can get oil changes and tires way closer but with engine problems I want to go to the professionals who know how to fix my car. Overall Bob was very professional and customer oriented which is so refreshing for a new car service department experience, Bob hit this one out of the park on my first visit.

(Like many others, was waiting on my tax return) He always returned calls same day, next business day at the latest. On 2/11/16, when I was ready to make my purchase, my wife insisted that we check out a few other dealerships beforehand. We did so, and showed up at about 11am Thursday morning. My wife found a Ford Explorer she was interested in, I had my eye on a Kia Amanti. We test drove the Explorer first, and she fell in love. Upon returning to the dealership, I told Mr. Zino that if the price was right, I didn't need to to even test drive the Kia. He asked what we could afford after TT&L and agreed on the amount... Discounting the vehicle to fit our budget. He knew my wife had to be to work and we drove off in our new SUV less than an hour later. Since the truck had presumably been sitting in the cold, the battery needed to be jumped. After driving to Greenfield, the car would not start. Got a jump, called Dominic, and 45 mins later, I drove off with a brand new battery...free of charge. I cannot recommend Dominic or SouthSide Auto Mart enough. Stand up guys!

Took it to my mechanic who was amazed at what they had done to the car. New michelin tires, cleaned the engine, all the fluids were new. Then I learned how much they stand by their products. The car started making a bad noise..it was the exhaust a couple days after we bought it. We had seen the history and knew it hadn't been driven much over the last couple of years. I called them and they said bring it back. They went out got new bolts for it (the heads had rusted out on the bolts) and fixed it. They didn't charge us anything and spent at least 2 hours on the car. I have never seen a corner lot that cared enough to do anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
