Spoke with Nate earlier today and I told him that I would be driving over 2 hours to come look at a vehicle that I would like to purchase, he stated that they are open till 7:00 pm I went out of my way to make sure I would be there before they closed when I got there at 6:09pm driveway was blocked and lights off after driving thru a storm and Chicago traffic twice !!! All I can say is customer Service is not a priority!!!

Just puchased another car from Autosource. My A6 was delivered in immaculate condition and it looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.

My car suddenly had a massive mis fire in the engine and drove like crap which affected how it drove and shifted. I called Bob the service adviser and Bob got me in the next morning to look at my car and to my amazement in less than than hour he called me with a diagnosis and repair price. 3.5 hours later my vehicle was repaired and running like normal. Bob was great at communicating through the whole process and Bob did an excellent job being the face of Venus ford as a first time service department customer. Bob was probably the best dealership service department experience I have had. Yah I can get oil changes and tires way closer but with engine problems I want to go to the professionals who know how to fix my car. Overall Bob was very professional and customer oriented which is so refreshing for a new car service department experience, Bob hit this one out of the park on my first visit.

We bought a "pre-owned" 2016 Nissan Altima from Rosen in September 2019. We were more than…read moresatisfied with the purchase experience - and later, the way Rosen resolved a safety issue we were experiencing with the vehicle. To explain: 8 weeks into ownership there seemed a traction problem on wet roads. We took the vehicle to a Michelin dealer in New Berlin who discovered that two tires on the car, though with excellent tread, were a mismatch for the other two. (Coded "speed ratings" numbers and such that we do not understand. A situation perhaps easily overlooked by the previous owner and, yes, Rosen's certification crew.) The Michelin dealer suggested we return the car to the dealer. "Hey, it's worth a try", he said. But under the circumstances of our having purchased the car "as is", we were not optimistic that Rosen could/would help. We were quite wrong. They not only considered our problem but immediately ordered two new Michelins for the car installed at dealership expense. And we are told that our issue was brought to the attention of Jeff Rosen himself. The car now handles like a dream in rain or snow. Again, Rosen Nissan resolved the problem with no questions asked. In a fair world that's perhaps to be expected. But we don't live in a particularly fair world and I can imagine another dealer saying: "Very sorry, all sales are final and this car has four tires with decent tread." Instead, Rosen resolved our concern with no questions asked. Special thanks to our Sales Rep Nate and Service Advisor Elliott for a perfect dealership experience. We'll be back. They call me repeatedly to schedule service for the car. I explained to them numerous times that my relative lives almost an hour away and has the car serviced closer to his home, but they will not stop calling. I sent a message to their GM and Sales Manager asking for their help to stop these calls, and now they're texting me repeatedly trying to sell me a car. I regret stepping foot in their dealership and due to their high pressure tactics will never buy a car from them or recommend that another family member or friend do do.

Anyone who know trucks knows that would also mean a GMC1500, Ram1500, Toyota Tundra, etc. We were given a Ram2500 Super Duty. I told them that is not the same class as an F150 and is not "standard." We rented for a long road trip and will now get way less gallons per mile. They continued to use the "or similar" and when I asked the one person who looked like he knew trucks if he can honestly say that a 2500 is similar to a 150, he did not (he shook his head and looked down). I was then told, "We don't have any trucks that size in our fleet," referring to a 150/1500. I told them if they don't have any trucks that size in their fleet then they shouldn't be advertising that they do. Again, crickets. I asked for a discount because we will be paying so much more for gas. Nope. I asked for a smaller vehicle. They "offered" to rent me a small SUV for $200 more, almost doubling the cost of the rental. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Of course you can upgrade to a premium car or take the one pick-up truck they have left if your willing to shell out more cash. Smells like classic bait and switch to me. And don't even bother suggesting they put you in an upgrade for the same price unless you enjoy hearing chuckles and laughter at your expense. Advice? Take a pass on these Hertz jokers.

Dealing with Rosen Kia was a little different. The actually negotiation was great. The sales guy was awesome. He didn't BS us much. In all honestly, it didn't even feel like he cared or not to sell the car. Finishing the deal was a little hairy. The finance guy was a bit of an ass and we almost had to walk out to get the APR we were originally promised. But, when all was said and done we got the right car at the right price with good financing. (And just for the record, from my three stars for a car dealer is high. Most everyone else gets one. I hate car dealers)

Merry Christmas to me, Rosen Kia Ripped me off…read more Bought a new Kia K5 GT Line AWD from Rosen Kia on Tuesday 12/23/2025. Today 12/25/2025, I was finally able to get into the password protected copy of my sales contract that was emailed to me after the purchase of my new vehicle. During purchase, I agreed to buy an extended warranty. Today, I was trying to see specifically how much that warranty was ( during purchase I was told it was "almost $4K") When I finally got my installment agreement open, I found that there were several add on products that I never agreed to purchase and was never even told about. The finance guy said by purchasing an extended warranty my monthly payment was going up "about $40/month", when in reality the total impact of this extended warranty and all the other add-ons was actually approximately $150/month. This means the total out of pocket impact over the life of the loan made my vehicle more than $10,500 higher than without. 1. There was a Multi-Guard Platinum Protection plan added to my loan that was not disclosed or approved. Total cost: $1,205 2. There was a 3 year Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement ( non cancellable under any circumstances) added to my purchase that was never disclosed. Initial cost: $646. 3. There was GAP coverage added to my Loan that was not approved or disclosed during purchase. Which is weird because I already pay for that on my car insurance at a much lower rate and would never have approved the: $899 charge that was added to my loan. 4. Ultra + Service Contract. This was the only 1 of the 4 that I was told about, or discussed during vehicle purchase, and the only one I authorized, but it actually cost quite a bit more than I was told. 5. During my time in the finance office, the finance guy told me he was able to "buy down" my interest rate by 1.0%, and that they normally don't do this but because they were a "diamond dealer" or something like that, with Capital One, he was going to try and get me the best deal they could but not to tell his boss. What I came to find out was that the rate was never "bought down", it was just more untruthful info said to muddy the waters. In the finance office I was told to sign here, initial there, etc. Much of what was added to my loan was never disclosed or approved and I was never given the opportunity to review the entirety of my sales contract until after the sale. The Truth In Lending Disclosure was never shown to me during the sale, I did not see it at any point until today. The documents are all password protected and sent after the fact, and I believe this was done to make it intentionally difficult to detect what was being added to this 56 page contract. This is not a case of "buyers remorse", it's a customer finding out they were lied to and not told of things being slipped into the purchase agreement that would never have been agreed to if I had known. All of this is upsetting and disappointing to say the least. Finding out that a business I gave my hard earned money to and took the time to write a good faith review for, based on their request to support them for giving me a "good deal" was actually being deceitful and dishonest is a crappy way to spend your Christmas Day. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone planning to do business with this place, or has in the past, DEFINITELY GO REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE CONTRACT!! I definitely won't make the mistake of giving them the chance to do this again, that's for sure

Had a 7:00 appointment. Much of the operation is the same as when it was Don Jacobs. This dealership is not as large as some of the other ones in the area (Wilde, Brookfield, etc), but I have felt like they try hard to keep up. I "think" they did a good job. But took way to long, longer than they had promised. Even though I was the first car in the garage at 7:00 am. It took 6 hours for the work. And because of the delay, I had to get a shuttle home, with added another hour of my personal time. If they had given me a timely update (about the delay) I could have gotten a ride home on my own. When I picked up my car at 6:00pm, I discovered that they no longer have a cashier. So I had to wait another 15 minutes while a Service Writer was freed up to process my payment, and give me the keys. And even though they did the Multi Point inspection, they never went over the results with me. (looks like my Front Disc Brakes are in the "yellow" range). Not their best showing. Hope they figure things out.
