Actually, Ned received a 5-star rating. My experience with the rest of the Hiller Ford knocked down a star. It was mainly for the confusion. I went in to Ford first thinking that's where I was supposed to go, but then was told by a rep to go to the next building (after he looked at me like I'm a fool for brining in a Toyota car to a Ford dealer), then in the Quick Lane building, the reps at the desk had to again direct me to Ned, whose office is to the left. Overall, things were awkward. After the initial awkwardness, Ned was great at fixing up my car, which needed a new side mirror. Things were all fixed up nicely, and I received the car back super clean and well fixed. Well satisfied! Oh, and the Quick Lane building has a TV, lounge chairs, and a coffee maker (you have to pay for coffee, $0.50-$0.75, but can also ask the receptionist for a token for any coffee). There is one long desk that you share with 2 other chairs, but it's right under a loud tv. And there's complimentary water and cookies.

I never felt like I was being snaked over once throughout the whole process. Joe really made me feel comfortable and gave me his cell number incase I needed anything throughout the process. Even though there's a lot of hassle involved with buying out of state I legitimately would not mind doing business with these guys again for my next car...so long as Joe and Brady are still here.

6/5/26 Additional Review: We dropped our Escalade off at…read morethe end of March for an issue with the adaptive cruise control. They initially had issues getting in touch with our warranty company but we were able to get that resolved and the new part was ordered around mid-April. Fast forward to now and they STILL have our vehicle and now claim that when the tech brought it in to work on the adaptive cruise that a camera failed and the car was having issues with the anti-theft that would require additional parts. As of two weeks ago, they supposedly had those additional parts and just needed to wait for a bay to free up to get it in. It also now needs and inspection and I asked them to check out our front tires since they have a slow leak. As of today, the car remains untouched after over two months of sitting and I am now told that the tech assigned to our car is working on removing an engine from another vehicle and they were unable to give any sort of ETA for when we can expect our car to be ready. At this point our vehicle is effectively being held hostage with parts in hand and no resolution in sight. We have spent nearly $2k on rental fees at this point since they outright refuse to provide any sort of loaner (wonderful "Cadillac" experience by the way). It is to the point that my wife and I are looking to purchase a new vehicle this weekend as we can't keep going forward without a car and paying the high fees for a rental. Crest quite literally could NOT care less when I explained the situation. I was met with silence and asked if I had anymore questions for them. I tried giving them a second chance given a poor experience the last time we took it to them for service, but this seems as if they are intentionally not working on the car out of spite from the past review. I can't wait to be done with Cadillac completely, abysmal service.

The current used car market is definitely not a buyers market but Autosource is not there to clip you. They make a fair profit as any business should. We were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and have been looking for several months. Found exactly the car we wanted on their website below what other dealerships were charging. Nate held the vehicle for the day so we could drive there to see it. Once we got there, no games! So many other dealers say one thing to get you in, then change when you arrive. Not Autosource. I'm glad we found the car we needed. Only a couple years old and low miles! I will look here first for future vehicles. Highly recommended Autosource and Nate.
