My car suddenly had a massive mis fire in the engine and drove like crap which affected how it drove and shifted. I called Bob the service adviser and Bob got me in the next morning to look at my car and to my amazement in less than than hour he called me with a diagnosis and repair price. 3.5 hours later my vehicle was repaired and running like normal. Bob was great at communicating through the whole process and Bob did an excellent job being the face of Venus ford as a first time service department customer. Bob was probably the best dealership service department experience I have had. Yah I can get oil changes and tires way closer but with engine problems I want to go to the professionals who know how to fix my car. Overall Bob was very professional and customer oriented which is so refreshing for a new car service department experience, Bob hit this one out of the park on my first visit.

Colon proceeds to call me back to say the mechanic looked at the car and said nothing was wrong with it and it was ready for pickup. So I drive an hour to come pick it up and he has to jump start the car to start it and as soon as it starts it still has the same exact idling issue that it had before and won't even drive and it still has the same check engine light code that it had before. He then just leaves without saying a word and we were left with a dead undrivable car. I understand being busy but to just straight up lie to me and say the mechanic looked at it and it's all good after I paid to have it towed to your shop is ridiculous! If I could leave less than a star review I would! Please don't ever bring your car here if you actually want a mechanic to fix it!!!
